I accidentally purchased the wrong part and contacted customer service for return instructions. They informed me I had to pay for my own return label and a 20% restocking fee. I shipped the part back and called a few weeks later to confirm they received it. The agent I spoke with assured me they had received the item and that I would be refunded after inspection.

Now, a month later with no refund, I called again—only to be told they need the tracking number as proof of return, which I no longer have since their previous agent already confirmed receipt. The part cost over $300, and now I’m stuck without a refund due to their poor communication. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I will not be doing business with this company again

Prodotto acquistato 5 anni fa', ora ne celebro la morte... Può succedere che un apparecchio smetta di funzionare dopo 5 anni (in questo caso è la centralina), ma devo dire che in questi anni il robot non mi ha mai soddisfatto per nulla. A partire dal cavo, che essendo molto rigido tende ad attorcigliarsi , comportando una netta riduzione del raggio d'azione. Per continuare poi con la cosiddetta scansione "clever", una sorta di intelligenza artificiale che guida il robot. Spesso lo trovo sbattere continuamente contro la stessa parete o nella stessa zona per svariati minuti. Fino a concludere con la pulizia verticale: ne farà forse 6 nel ciclo di 2 ore, che chiaramente non bastano per pulire le pareti (e tra l'altro sembra fare quasi sempre le stesse zone).. Questi sono i difetti principali, uniti alla mancata assistenza del rivenditore italiano. Comprate qualcos'altro.
