DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY!

The last two orders I brought from Mavocare I have not received making me £100 out of pocket.

When trying to contact them I had no luck so I tried messaging them on TikTok which to my surprise i got a message back saying they would look into this. Ever since then I have now been ignored once again with no answers!

Avoid scam website!!

I had placed order #17771 back in November 2025, it is now currently Feb 2026 and I have not recieved my order which was £303 and arent responding to my emails demanding a refund. As seen from other reviews this site is clearly a scam.

IF I CAN I WOULD GIVE ZEROO!!!!!!!!!!!.....This company should be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!!!....I placed an ordered on Nov. 14th, 2025 on a Friday and I never received an update on my purchase, there was no tracking number. Zip, nothing, nada !!! ...I messaged them on their website 3 times and never received a responded. I somehow found an email and messaged again through that email and finally got a response. The person had the audacity to say...."I'm so sorry I don't know what happened.But no need to be suspicious.And do you want us to still send you your purchase?Or would you like a full refund again?So sorry, had you messaged us sooner we would have figured this out". Like, excuse me, figure this out?! Are you kidding me?It's your job to see it in your system that a customer purchased a product on your website.Obviously this company is a scam big one!!!!!!!!

So I asked to give me my full refund back, and it's been three days, and I have yet to receive my full refund. it looks like i'm gonna have to get my lawyers into this!!!!!!!

I placed my order on 24th September 2025 for 25 units of The Fighter Boric Acid Suppositories with Calendula, spending over £300. It’s now 9th October and I still haven’t received my package or any meaningful shipping updates.

I’ve emailed MavoCare multiple times but have not received any reply. The tracking number provided hasn’t updated, and I’m becoming very concerned about the lack of communication.

I would really appreciate a response and a refund or a proper update on my order as soon as possible. This has been a disappointing experience so far.

I ordered 10 units. My Order # 17632. They automatically cancelled the order and did not refunded my amount. Not replying on emails. I have been following up daily on email but no reply received from them so far. I wrote this review on trust pilot after which i got my refund thanks to trust pilot. However, it is a very terrible experience.

TERRIBLE customer service.
Ordered something in September never received it (it’s now November). Yesterday I get an email saying it has been delivered, I check my front door, nothing. I check the security cameras, absolutely nobody delivered anything to my home. I am so disappointed as I really wanted to try this product out but it’s not worth the hassle. I will never again buy from this site again. Waste of time AND money because I never received it.
Give me my money back.
