Mason's Arvostelua 

Die Rückgabe von Produkten wird fast unmöglich gemacht. Zuerst wird man dazu gedrängt einen Gutschein anzunehmen. Dann braucht es Tage , um die Retoure zu „genehmigen“. Bis heute warte ich auf das Rücksendeetikett, dass angeblich „in Bearbeitung“ ist. Das Ganze darf man dann für € 17,00 bei UPS versenden, falls man eine Annahmestelle findet. Ich habe den Fall bei Paypal eskaliert, da bei der Firma keine brauchbare Hilfestellung kam. Stattdessen eine WhatsApp (!?) mit der Frage warum ich die Praktiken bei Masons für Nötigung halte. Ich kann nur davor warnen hier etwas zu bestellen.

This review is mostly about the customer service experience. The clothing I bought so far still holds up. I used to be satisfied with Masons but a recent purchase has soured that opinion. I ordered several trouser and I received two packages. I selected two pieces and wanted to send the remaining trousers in the two provided packages back. I got a shipping label, printed it out and put it on the packages. Unfortunately, the label was only valid for one package and so I wasn't able to send both back. So I wrote customer service and they replied with, that I should have put it all in one box since it was only one shipping label per return request. This information was not in the email with the shipping label nor on the website stated. Having received two packages and wanting to return two packages does not get you two shipping labels (which I had to pay for btw). Do you see the problem with that? I therefore have to return the second package at my own expense since it's impossible (according to customer service) that the company cannot provide another shipping label. Therefore I will do that, pay for a second shipping label, and they lost a customer in the process.

Good product, but watch out for the hidden costs. Delivery is 10 euros to the Netherlands and the return policy is unnecessarily complex. On top of that, returning an item costs another 15 euros.

We ordered from the US. The pants cost $400 USD. Customs was $159.00 which Masons did not tell us in advance. That a 39.75% tariff or customs duty.

We expected it to be $40.00 or so. We were forced to pay for it. So, the pants cost $559.00.

Telling customers in advance the cost of the tariffs or customs would be nice.

It gets worse.

The pants arrived but size 40 which we had bought the same size in Italy, was too tight in the area between the legs and upper legs (can't use certain words on this platform).

We asked to return, and paid for the return another $34.00. NO FREE RETURN .

Now, we are out $199.00 with no pants.

Do not order from MASON'S in the USA.
The pants aren't that nice to be worth $500+, the packaging basic when it arrived. Not worth the hassle.
