I never experienced such a bad cleaning service. They cleaned really badly, I still have dust and stains around the house.

The worker also had really bad attitude after telling them some parts need to clean more. The worker was throwing stuff around which even damaged the window. And they tried to argue that they are not supposed to clean some parts of the house which they should, for example the dishwasher and doors.

Hiring them to clean is much worse than cleaning by yourself!!

The “deep-cleaning” service I got was completely the opposite of what they describe on the company website. The deep-cleaning” they offered, should be called “superficial cleaning”.

Unprofessional behaviour by the careless cleaners, who are hired to do the job as quickly as possible and do not care about customer needs or about the property that they clean. Upon pointing out which areas they did not clean well (there was still dust), they were trying to convince me it was not dust and that they have more experience than me with cleaning.

No eye for detail or perfection at all! Do not expect high quality results, use any other cleaner instead. They do not even move the furniture away to wipe the dust behind it. Cleaning yourself will lead to better results.
