Extremely frustrating experience with Marks & Spencer! Ordered twice and both times my delivery was late/not delivered as promised. Customer service was absolutely useless. Never ordering from here again, and I’ll make sure others know about this experience too. 0/5!
I didn't receive delivery because the mobile number was wrong on the order. I called M&S customer service half an hour ago and the agent was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Said there is nothing she can do even though she noted that the delivery agent should have delivered it as per their policy of showing ID instead of an OTP on the mobile number. She literally said it is not their responsibility.
It was a INR 6,000 order and she made it sound like my money was gone. She also refused to let me speak with her manager even though I asked twice.

Items were never delivered. Their logistics are completely broken, and their customer service is non-existent. After waiting for the delivery for 4 weeks constantly following up with them they just refunded and not delivered the items. The entire experience was deeply frustrating. Worst online service and worst customer support ever. Avoid ordering from their website!
M&S India online was the absolute worst customer service i have ever received. I will not be returning to M&S India and you have lost a customer for life.
1) Automated emails that do not respond to new information given.
2) No ability to talk to a supervisor or anyone who can actually resolve the issue.
3) Even phone calls experienced the same lack of responsiveness to the issue.
Due to the small nature of my order I no longer care to waste my time, but I will no longer be shopping at M&S India.
I am well impressed with m&s today. Ordered a wardrobe and thinking when it arrives myself and my husband would probably end up divorcing after trying to put it together. The delivery drivers put it together for us. Obviously didn't read the small print . Thank you 😊 it looks amazing
