Mark Ryden Backpack Arvostelua 

We bought two backpacks, but instead of sending them together, the company shipped them separately. One of them got lost during transport, and we have received no help whatsoever. They did not handle the claim with Correos Express (the order was placed from Spain) and offered no tracking or follow-up.
Everything has been a hassle: they asked for pointless documentation, ignored our emails, and kept saying the person in charge was on vacation. Even when we had an official statement from Correos Express confirming the parcel was lost, they kept asking for it again, changing just a single word in the text (written in Spanish).
The whole experience has been frustrating and absurd. In the end, we paid for a backpack we never received. We feel completely deceived. If they aim to present themselves as a “premium” company, their customer service is certainly far from it.

*AVOID*AVOID*AVOID at all costs. They take your money, in my case on the 4th Aug and promise a tracking number in 2 days. Not heard a thing since, numerous emails ignored. Do yourself a favour and choose from another manufacturer

This website is fake! Do not buy bags from this website. Go to MarkRydenUSA or MarkRydenCanada for North American purchases. I placed an order on MarkRydenBackpack.com and it has been over 10 days without the item being shipped. I have contacted their customer service multiple times but nobody answers or cares to provide any updates or even cancel my order. So I am going to now escalate this as a fraud and make them refund my money. I can’t believe nobody from MarkRyden US or Canada are going after these guys to take their website down.

This chain of eshops is untrustworthy.

Their web says they guarantee a 30-day cashback, provided you send the backpack to their provided address. However, this address is a random apartment building at the edge of Los Angeles.

Mark Ryden provides no phone as a contact, so I tried calling the apartment building - they never heard of this company. Similar situation holds for other "branch offices" (ranging from the UK, the Czech Republic, Vietnam, ...) - always a generic building without a connection to Mark Ryden.

Sending the backpacks to such addresses is a non-option (as the cashback doesn't apply if the backpack fails to reach the company), so effectively, there is no cashback at all.

That said, the backpacks arrived in good condition from China. The main problem is I planned to try which one suits me and to return the other one. I ended up selling it locally, which I figured would be safer than opting for the cashback.
