Mark, Julie and Ollie were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They took the time to answer all my questions promptly and with great detail, opened the showroom on a Sunday to allow me to visit and even liaised with the previous owner of the piano to arrange for the original paperwork to be posted to me. Julie was really friendly and helpful and we were able to afford a beautiful U3 thanks to the 0% finance offer. It was delivered within a week and our old piano was taken away in part exchange. I have been using Mark Goodwin’s business for many years and have had a few students buy from him too. We recently purchased a U1 for Padiham Town Hall to create some art and music into Padiham. The council was so thrilled they even had a special meeting to arrange the delivery. The town hall was buzzing especially on delivery day.
