Subpar work

While sales and workmanship were initially good, great conversations and a good plan. But it fell flat after that. The work was not as professional as it appeared to be at first. Their work for themselves is great, but the work for me was of a much lower caliber. I had to ask them to redo the logo twice. They used clip art. They wouldn't follow the key items that I communicated: images with my ideal clients. They didn't deliver ads that worked. The ads didn't look like they had a professional designer who thought it through. I didn't get a single conversion from their work. I came to them to use their expertise to get ads, and ended up being redirected to redo my website, and overall, I wasn't happy with the level of detail in the final results.

Sam Coduto is a very knowledgeable and very helpful in helping us for marketing.
She is very prompt with the assignment what she will do to improve the enrollment.

Good experience with our account manager Thomas, ever since Thomas took over our account we have had a good comprehensive experience. He has made sure to clarify the whole process and expenses. He is always willing to prioritize the client's needs and give an honest answer.
