If you are a small business owner looking to bring in more business this is not the company for you. They will sell you a pipe dream and will not deliver any results. I joined 360 3 months ago.i was told that I should start receiving traffic after 2 weeks with google adds once your site goes live. I paid $2500 in google adds . paid to have a website built and the day it went live Jack the marketing guru takes off on 2 week vacation in Cabo. So obviously there’s no traffic if
Your sit is not getting marketed. Then the first bill comes in from 360 . I was told $4000 to set everything up and $400 a month to maintain and you can upgrade at anytime. My first invoice was for $4500 not $400. I paid a total of $8000 and not on phone call. Not one email. So unless you’re a high roller doing billboard, radio play, or commercials they really don’t care about your business.

We always strive to do right by small business owners, which is why we worked extensively to adjust your account and accommodate your business needs.

Lost $25k, website held hostage, and laughed at by staff
I am extremely disappointed with Marketing 360. I threw away roughly $25,000 on the ads and marketing services they provided, with absolutely zero return on my investment. To make matters worse, you do not actually get to keep the website you paid for unless you continue using them as your host. When I brought up how predatory it is to hold a client's website hostage like this, I was literally laughed at by Mike Davin, who dismissively claimed it is "common practice" with other platforms. On top of that, quite a few of their online reviews are from anonymous sources, which feels highly suspicious. Avoid this company.

Because of this integration, the underlying code itself cannot be exported to a third-party host - which is also how we were able to design and build your website at no upfront cost. You always retain full ownership of your domain, copy, and brand assets, and we offer hosting-only plans for clients who want to maintain their site on our platform. I sincerely apologize if this policy caught you by surprise.
Service Standards & Professionalism: We hold our team to the highest standards of respect and courtesy. Hearing that you felt dismissed during your conversation with a member of our team is deeply concerning and does not reflect our culture. I switched from Marketing 360 which is a total scam to build a website and host it. $2k to build it and $65 a month to host it with no marketing service. Go Daddy rebuilt my website exactly in 15 minutes using Airo and only charges me $11 a month for same service.

November 2023: Your organization signed up for our full-platform DIY subscription. This included a free website build alongside full self-service access to the Marketing 360 suite - including tools to manage your own social media, email marketing, CRM, payments, forms, and local listings.
May 2024: You downgraded your subscription to our DIY Essentials plan. This shifted your tools to our website builder, CRM, forms, and payment processing features.
While our platform is built to provide an all-in-one ecosystem for businesses wanting to manage their marketing, data, and operations in one hub, we recognize that a simpler, standalone landing page is sometimes all a business needs.
I'm sorry we weren't the right fit for your organization as you looked to scale down your digital setup. We appreciate your business, and I have passed your feedback to our product development team regarding a lower-priced, minimal landing page option.

The sales department was great. They are doing their jobs, but the results were very poor. We did primarily Facebook marketing and our rep seemed like he might have been just out of college and not very knowledgeable. Our ads were subpar and we spent a good chunk of money to make nothing in return. We cancelled our contract after 6 months and when I tried to contact our rep his email address was no longer valid. I would look elsewhere for a marketing company! Check Reddit for real reviews.
