The class types listed bellow represent my core offerings, but every session—regardless of style—includes pranayama and meditation. These essential elements enrich the physical practice, supporting emotional balance, mental clarity, and a more holistic sense of wellbeing. Together, they create a fuller, more nourishing experience that honors yoga as a complete and integrated discipline. Chair Yoga…

I have been doing chair yoga for about 2 years now. I look forward to our weekly practise for many reasons, mostly because Maria our tutor is a breath of fresh air. Her classes are very welcoming and each week our yoga includes a variety of exercises which makes it interesting. There is no limit to Maria’s enthusiasm and she obviously loves what she does. Chair yoga has many health benefits and that is why feeling good and keeping flexible are so important to me. Maria and her yoga participants are a winning team.

Maria is very welcoming,can help find another way to the excerise if the original one is providing too tough. Always makes me feel l can do it and encourages me along the way. Classes are so good I'm not looking forward to the summer break.
