Maramani House Plans Arvostelua 

I had some doubts doing transactions online because I was once duped. So with Maramani everthing went smooth unexpectedly which I am glad about.

The Q&A area offered great insight into what was getting into when selecting the house plans. Having a premium membership account was key as had more access to the house plans. The team constantly kept checking on me through emails and offered to assist in selecting the house plan. The company has various modes of payment which made it easy to make payments. For my case was able to pay via MPesa through a third party.
Once premium account membership payment was confirmed; the company facilitated access to premium content. Was able to access more details about the desired design. There after selected the house plans that I loved. I later made full payment to access the downloads for the house plans. I like the fact that the payment made for premium membership, is offered as a discount while purchasing the house plans.

I would like to let you know that I received my house plan as per our agreed time frame. I really liked that you managed to stick to the agreed time frame. You would also go out of your way in order to make some alterations at no cost. Sending me the link to download structural and architectural drawings makes my life easy. I did not give you 5 stars because you do not send the files in arch cad or Revit file.

Browsing through the website is easy and straightforward. Plans apply to the African continent, specifically to details applicable mostly here. Despite having fewer plans to select from, Maramani ensures consideration mentioned by past clients are incorporated for high quality, affordable units. The only downside was the presentation in .dwg format. Not used friendly and loops into additional purchases with fees and other obstacles that turn into a nightmare. It may be newer software, but construction doesn't need advance programmes. The acrobat format is concise and easy to work with. Choices between basic, standard and luxury very in price, understandably so. Though the basic is good enough to erect a worthy structure as it is. Online staff are friendly and available within reasonable working hours. Kudos Maramani team, for the grand effort. My family and friends shall be visiting your website for plans, when planning to build.

Very nice plans. Purchase was smooth. Just that the actual plans are to expensive. As this is a global company prices could helpful be tailored to individual countries comparable to local economies

Thought the roof plan were the trusses design.
Also getting creator license flags on AutoCAD

I thought I had some issues accessing the site but, in hindsight, it seems like there were some intermittent issues on the network performing the redirectthe traffic. Site seems to be operating better now.
