Absolutely fantastic service. Had two Barbour Jackets that needed Rewaxing. A Beaufort and a Pintail…. both completed within 7 days. Arranged to drop off and pick them up personally. Both look and feel brand new. If you want a proper job done then, definitely go here. Clearly passionate about what they are doing and deserve to do well.

I have recently had a very old jacket (originally from another brand beginning with B...) re-waxed and am delighted by the results, actually by the whole process. My jacket (nearly 40 years old) desperately needed attention and has been returned to me like new...amazing. I had emailed Mallin & Son and received an envelope by return, sent of the jacket and it was returned within the estimated timeframe as indicated. Brilliant. Many thanks to all those involved at Mallin's. Only problem is that it hasn't stopped raining since, but I don't care as I have a fully-proofed jacket again!!

Just received my re-waxed jacket from Mallin & Son and am so impressed. It's a 10-year-old Parka London which I have habitually worn every winter since I bought it and the only care it has received is hanging on a hook when not being worn. After the re-wax it genuinely looks like a new jacket - absolutely amazing. Thank you Julia! The service was really efficient and speedy - exactly the timeframe given on the website in fact - and the price is great value. Am now sending my beloved Barbour for the same treatment.

I recently sent my beloved wax jacket to Mallin & Son for a much-needed re-wax and some repair work. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. Ryan, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The results were outstanding. Not only was the jacket brought back to life, but all the rips and tears were expertly repaired. What impressed me the most was that despite the restoration, the jacket still retained its unique charm, smell and character, now looking even better than before. I am truly grateful to Ryan and the team at Mallin & Son for their skillful craftsmanship and attention to detail. Without a doubt, I will be entrusting them with my other jackets for maintenance and repairs in the near future. Highly recommended!!!!

Fantastic job on a neglected Barbour that had needed re-waxing for a number of years, and that had suffered a botched re-waxing at home. It's now transformed and looks great.

Efficient and polite. I've had my Merlin (Halley Stevenson wax) jacket returned looking better than new. Deep waxing smell hits you. And in sign of workmanship you struggle to see repairs. Great company. Found them online. And can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks.

I sent my much loved, but a little worn Belstaff to Mallin & Co. I just got it back this week and they have done a first class job - thank you. It looks better than new because the aged patina and new waxing just look great. Maybe you should extend the business to offer refurbed waxed jackets for sale? In these days of sustainability, I think it would be a winner!

I recently sent my jacket to be re-waxed and repaired by Mallin and Son. Writing to the company late one evening with a query regarding my jacket, I was amazed to receive an extremely courteous and helpful reply at 7 the following morning! My jacket was returned, beautifully re-waxed and repaired, several days later and I was delighted. Courtesy, efficiency and quality of workmanship are the watch-words of this company! I cannot praise them highly enough and will definitely be using them again in the future.
