I really like the different crafts that become available. The service is brilliant and I love how many items come with each box.

My daughter was very excited to receive the craft materials - everything she needs for making some beautiful paper flowers!

Emailed MakeBox about a missing piece of felt received an email the following day to apologise and missing piece of felt would be sent.

Bought some products first time.
Number of items were missing.
Emailed twice. Not even an acknowledgement. Keep getting promotion products to buy though.

I've been with Makebox since March 2020. The beautiful crafts have helped me find calm and me time amongst the craziness. Each box is always exquisitely designed with detailed instructions, access to videos and high quality materials to work with. Any queries are always dealt with quickly and helpfully. I also love being part of the Makebox community and seeing how people have made their projects unique. My Makewall is slowly turning into a Makehouse! Thank you 🐝

I have been a subscriber with MakeBox & Co for over 2 years now and I just love them soo much!! I can’t begin to explain the joy the boxes bring me!! I lose myself in creating the projects for many happy hours!! The exciting projects are always beautifully designed!! 😍 I would highly recommend MakeBox!! As I said already, I just want to stress that I love them so much and can’t get enough of them!!

What is inside the box is quality and excellent for the price. I haven’t started it yet, but once 2022 it will be one of my first projects.

Best craft box ever! Customer service is bar none some of the best I’ve encountered.

I really do want to live Make Box 100% but there’s just a few niggles I can’t ignore. More mistakes thank I’d usually accept eg, no templates in one of my boxes and typos in the instructions in another. I also find it incredible hard to work out what box is next and how to skip it (I’m on a 3m prepay so have to message each month)

Wonderful company to buy from. Love all the products and always so well packaged and instructions very well written. I will be continuing my new hobby of crafting next year and can’t wait to see what’s next in the Box !

Ordered flower press early December, unable to provide as unable to get parts . Cancelled 6th Dec and refund (?) - but now 12th December and refund still pending. Mmmmmm

Thank you , yes I have checked at pal - apologies as unsure where the pending responsibilities lay or as in some cases, even with PayPal, refunds are made direct to the debit card. It wasn’t very clear. Thanks.

I will start by saying some of the boxes I have received were lovely, great quality products. Unfortunately my experience of being a subscriber has been far less positive.
In summary, swapping boxes is not straightforward and I have ended up with multiple products I did not want. My subscription was auto renewed on an expired card (I tried to log on to the website to make sure it wouldn’t renew in advance, but for the life of me couldn’t figure out how to log on via IOS). I contacted the company to raise these issues via online chat. Messages were read but not responded to.
If the subscription process was easy to navigate (or not even easy, just doable) I would love this company. But it is not, and a result I have wasted money with them, and I can’t help but wonder if this was their intention, given the poor user experience

I have been a subscriber for a couple of years now, and it's the only subscription I've stuck with.
The projects are beautiful - you get to create things you'll love to display and enjoy every day - and the customer service if you have any issues or questions is second to none.
There is also a friendly and supportive community on Facebook and Instagram to help you along the way.
Thank you for years of happy crafting, I'm looking forward to all the exciting makes that are yet to come!

Great products but have had problems with delivery and the boxes opening up. Also, the lack of proof reading in the emails sent out really gives a bad impression. Designs and customer service generally good.

The crochet kits I ordered look amazing! can't wait to give them to family for Christmas, I'm sure that they will love them!
