I bought the Gaia dress and it’s so flattering. The material is excellent quality. It was shipped immediately after purchase, and I was provided with a tracking code shortly after. It arrived in Poland in about 5 days. Highly recommended!
I purchased 2 items to ship to the US. Nowhere during check out did they state that I would be responsible for customs fees. I just received an e-mail saying I owed $50 in customs fees. I would not have purchased had I known this. This is either deceitful or bad business practice. I will not be purchasing from them again.
Scam. Made and Order to Austria. Received 2 e-mails that it was sent, got a Tracking Number. But Never Received, Austrian Post with my number told me that it was Never sent; They Are Not answering my Messages. I paid Alomost 160 Euros, Never got Money back
Habe mir die aqua Ohrringe bestellt, sind auch sehr schön. Allerdings entzünden sich meine Ohren von den Ohrringen, das Problem habe ich sonst nie. Auch musste ich die Ohrringe 2x nachkleben. Der Kundenservice reagiert gar nicht. Schöne Sachen, schlechte Qualität:(
Regarding „Aqua earring“:
The pictures of the earrings i ordered are no reflection of the actual product. They just seen to look good. Sadly it’s cheaply made. So light, that it wouldn’t look nice worn or bends easily. Additionally, the plug is cheaply made and you could hurt yourself. Nothing justifies the price tag. To save you from a super high shipping fee (ca. 20€ EU Germany: to get it and than send it back/return) i am writing this review. Just don’t repeat my mistake and fall for cute looking pics or nice packaging).
Stems of earrings broke, only got to wear them twice.
Beautiful jewelry, however earring stems are extremely flimsy and on one of my earrings the stem has snapped off.

The Gumamela Earrings have been on my wishlist for over a year, and my mom bought them for me as a present. Absolutely stunning jewelry and such a statement piece. I couldn't be happier! Their not too heavy for my ears. The locks on the earrings are a bit tough, but it's actually nice, so they doesn't just fall out. My mom definitely took a risk considering all the bad reviews but absolutely nothing was wrong. The shipping took 10 days (to Denmark) and I think that's a reasonable time. Again, absolutely stunning statement piece.
Terrible customer service, will not return emails. Considering the price of the items, I would not risk purchasing from them.
The sizing chart is incorrect and needs an update. My size M skirt came with a 27 inch waist when it was advertised as 29.

Got scammed by the fake company that looks completely like the real, just without the 'x' in the webpage! Ordered 2 pair of earrings and a necklace, received a pair of fake raybans from china after 2 weeks and extra toll payment fee... 1000 dkk just out the window, not replying e-mails and did not receive a proper order confirmation.
The real website was so nice at responding when contacted and I took a chance on ordering from them, inspite just being scammed by the fake site. Do not regret at all, as the jewelry was beautifu and the delivery was fastl!
The jewellery is gorgeous but they haven’t replied to the email I sent them a week ago regarding the loss of my necklace. So I feel like the costumer service is bad.
I bought a pair of earrings, and they are gorgeous, but then they broke..(a small piece ripped and half the earring fell off). BUT I just emailed them and they were so nice to me and send me another pair in an instant.
The shipping is really fast, material is good and the packaging is so cute. (I got a small little bag for my earrings both times)

Compré un jersey tejido a mano de lana muy suave y de corte muy chulo, pero venía con un agujero adelante. Me lo cambiaron y los gastos fueron por mi cuenta. Me mandaron otro ( el último en stock) que estaba de segunda mano, sucio de maquillaje, con paja pegada en todos parte, sin etiqueta y el tejido hecho muy flojo y se deshecha solo mirándolo. Me lo quedé porque fue un regalo de cumpleaños y sigue a gustarme. Compré además unos pendientes y estaban mal montados y para girar la concha el gancho se rompió
