Magnetic Memory Method Arvostelua 

I have been taking Anthony Metiviers classes thorugh the Magnetic Memory Method since 2018 and still I keep coming back for more. His way of teaching offers genuine innsight into the sience and art of memory. From him I have learned techniques to succeed in my academic degrees, and I use them daily to encode and recall everything that is interesting and valuable to me in my personal and professional life. I recomend the Magnetic Memory Method to anyone who want to use their memory to improve their life.

I've learned song lyrics, people's names, phone numbers, birthdays, I have even learnt a lot of the Polish language - all things I never would have dreamed of being able to do before doing this course and learning the Magnetic Memory Method techniques. It's changed the way I approach everything in my life. I recommend everyone in my life to learn these practices.

Anthony Metivier is a natural teacher and explains and coaches his students well. He responds to questions and posts new approaches and perspectives continually. I keep coming back to his memory teachings as they are relevant.

I started Anthony Metivier's Magnetic Memory Method a few days ago and have been very slowly working through the first part of the course.

I like to apply what I learn as soon as possible, so I took my initial memory palace and within an hour I have learnt all of the lyrics to Blackalicious' Alphabet Aerobics. It was a bit of fun and I was amazed at how easily the entire song stuck in my memory. Now I have the perfect party trick for this holiday season - roll on New Year's Eve!

Anthony has been very responsive, I received a reply to my email within a couple of hours (and my email was just me waffling, he didn't need to reply) from which I judge that he does genuinely care about your success with and enjoyment of the course.

I am a studying for a firefighting leadership course next month and I'm looking forward to using the techniques in MMM to learn some more complex and technical topics.

I have been trying to learn Irish for half my life by various methods. I enjoyed weekly evening classes, loved summer schools in the West of Ireland and worked diligently on and off through multimedia courses. But I made little progress. I almost immediately forgot most of what I learned; recall of what I knew was painfully slow and fluency was a far-off dream. I knew that the problem wasn't that I couldn't learn a language, since I had become fairly fluent in Spanish when I lived in Spain for a year. The problem was I needed a different way of learning. I am what teachers call a concrete thinker and I need a sort of total immersion - I learn through my senses and imagination, not by abstractions. So it was a lucky day when I started watching Anthony Metivier's Magnetic Memory podcasts. The way he described the memory palace method was entertaining, scholarly, practical and, best of all, a multisensory method, the way I learn best. I knew I had to give it a try. After a few false starts with locations that were either too dispersed or not well enough remembered, I chose my secondary school as a memory palace, a good choice as I have clear and fond memories of it. I copied the 300+ items I wanted to remember (lists, dialogues, grammar points etc) on to cards and filed them under 26 rooms. Then I put objects that represented food items in the canteen, transport in the bike sheds, health in the medical room etc. Some rooms had a few items, others had more. Having done that, and going mentally round the school a few times, Anthony's method has really started working in a wonderful way. For example, when I want to remember a dialogue in Irish about where people are in a house, I imagine visiting the Geography room and see a bucket (which represents for me dialogue 7) and the more I do this, the stronger the memory becomes. This might sound a small achievement, but remember there are another 300+ objects around the school, representing the entire corpus of what I want to remember in Irish. You really have to give it a go to appreciate what a real break-through this is and the potential it opens up.
Anthony Metivier really understands his subject and believes what he says. He is clearly humane and passionate about lifelong learning and the way he speaks about characters in history who practised the art of memory is inspirational. So if you want to improve your memory or learn something old or new, I really recommend this as your method and Anthony Metivier as your guide .

I took Anthony Metiviers Language of Learning Live course, which has all the components of the magnetic memory method. The lesson plans were really well thought out, it was taught in an approachable and easy to understand manner, he provided fantastic additional resources, and most importantly, the support he provided was invaluable. There is no shortcut to improving your memory, it definitely is hardwork at the outset and this course doesn't deny it, but if anyone can smooth that pathway out for you and make sure you have some fun and hit all the check points to get there, it's Prof Metivier.

Dr Anthony Metivier is a great teacher. I have been immensely helped by his Masterclass course. The memory techniques are really something else, it untied the knot in my heart that came to existence due to rote learning and the terrible schooling systems. Finally.

Outstanding experience.

I´m currently learning a new language and really have trouble remembering new words. I just had no strategy how to proceed. Luckily the MMM Masterclass gives me a "system" on how to work with my mind and creativity to store information of any kind (not just vocabs) in my longterm memory. Once you have the system in place it is so much easier to proceed- I am just amazed how quickly I can store new information in my mind and also recall these at a later point. It´s a great confidence booster. I just wish I had found this course years ago.
One additional point is the outstanding communication with the team. All questions or concerns are answered very fast.I can just recommend this course to everyone to give it a try and you will be truly amazed what your mind is capable of. Thank you Dr. Metivier!

different roles in life demands verity of memory skills to be the architect of your dreams. with following the MMM teaching, and Dr.Anthony advices-he replays to you with fast, concise, genuine feedbacks- I reached to many Memory breakthroughs I didn`t expect to have one day. and I guarantee anyone who put the time and effort on the program will reach a memory breakthroughs last for life. from learning English language to memorize hundreds of Names in weeks. the method is a playground games. I personally recommended the program to my family and closest friends. the great thing is they noticed how my memory improved significantly. Its a great investment for life.

P.S: If I didn`t use the MMM to learn English language. I have no Idea how I would write this review in English.

I purchased the Magnetic Memory Method Course a couple of years ago. I initially found Dr. Metivier via the many many Youtube videos he has posted regarding the subject of memory. Before you believe me or anybody else I would watch some of his Youtube videos there and try his free course.

You can get started using the Memory Palace right away after doing the short free course.

The MMM paid course gets deeper in to the Mechanics of Memory Palace Construction, Do's and don'ts. How to customize information/palaces for various subjects such as Math, Poetry, Languages, Science etc. Some visualization exercises. I would be very shocked if anyone could find it lacking anything, there is so much material there.

At this point after completing the MMM Master Class. I have the following really cool skills. Some of this was hard work on my own, but the concepts and the foundation was provided by Dr. Metivier's Instruction.

1. I have a peg system in a memory place from number 1 to 1000. This means 1000 locations that I can place information. This was based on the major system. I used the first 500 locations to put Arabic words in them.
2. I have memorized maybe 1,500 Lebanese Arabic words and definitions in around 200 other Memory Pallaces.
3. I remember peoples names and enjoy doing it, using memory palaces.
4. Have incorporated Memory Place work into every
day of my life and believe it to now be a lifelong hobby.
5. Can memorize a deck of cards. Which didn't seem humanly possible to someone like me before I discovered the Memory Palace Methods Dr. Anthony prescribes.
I'm almost 50 at this point. I pretty much gave up on anything scholarly and pretty much figured I would be going down from here. I am happy to say that daily memory training using the concepts learned from Dr. Metivier has really motivated me to become more focused and exercise my brain.

I bought the course and tried using it. It didn't work for me. He refused a refund.
Also Metivier is not a medical doctor, he has an advanced degree in film, not in medicine or neuroscience. That's a red flag.
Overall, I feel scammed.

Dr. Metivier is, in my opinion, is the most prolific teacher in the memory field. I've paid thousands of dollars for over-hyped promises with regurgitated and antiquated training stuffed into a shiny new box.

Dr. Metivier's training and private student group are worth 100 times what he charges. His unique approach to Mind Palaces and his innovation of the "Bridging Figure" (characters that make navigating and retrieving information in a Mind Palaces a breeze).

As a disabled veteran returning to college after 20 years, I was overwhelmed with the amount of information and how it was delivered. After a few months of taking Dr. Metivier's training, I went from being overwhelmed to being one of the top students in all of my courses. I can't thank Dr. Metivier enough, his training has helped this old sea dog learn new tricks... he's the real deal!
