After purchasing this they automatically signed me up for. Subscription WITHOUT my approval!
I have tried every way possible to cancel it but they ignore all emails. Where they have MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION, when you try this it repeatedly says a problem with the url and try again later . After numerous tries it just repeats the same. I am desperate to cancel this illegal subscription but it all seems impossible with MAGNIXA. I DEFINITELY would NOT recommend buying from MAGNIXA !,,

My magnets are absolutely amazing love them all and such fantastic quality,would love to share a photo of what I made with them but it hasn't got that option.

Such fast delivery! I’m not used to that here in NZ. The magnets arrived within a couple of days and the quality is very impressive 😊 it’s made Christmas presents very easy this year and will definitely be getting more in the future. Plus it’s been a fun way to do a surprise pregnancy announcement with a crystal clear scan photo on the magnets!

My first time experience with you, must say communication was very prompt and efficient. After I messaged on facebook with issues I was facing with my order I received replies on messenger and email. Very efficient service, ordering was seamless and received my order yesterday, absolutely love my fridge magnets. Thank you very much

I will never deal with this company again. I ordered the magnets on the 29th September 2024 and just received them today being the 24th October 2024. When I questioned why they took so long with a few emails going back and forth, they told me it takes between 5 to 15 days for delivery. Australia Post was blamed but as I said the issue I had was the time they have on their website 5 to 15 days. I suggested more then once on their fb page and in an email to suggest it can take anywhere up to a month for delivery instead of blaming the postal service. At no point was I ever rude in my messages so when I discovered they had blocked me on their fb page I wasn't happy. I will say they have processed a full refund to me ( I guess that was to shut me up ) but the money was never the issue. Again I emailed them and suggested they change their wait days from 5 to15 days, up to a month but there was no response to that suggestion.
What started out as a great experience turned into a nightmare.
Never again will I order from this company.

First time putting an order in … for 9 sets of 8 small magnets. I ordered on Monday afternoon and received the order the following Thursday. I’m very happy with the order- beautiful colours, great magnets. They all came in a separate envelope, and the bag is cleverly made so you can reuse it. Thank you. I’ll order again.
