Five stars from me

From my initial request for a sample of scotia bead which was received promptly to my eventual order. Communication and service was excellent. My order was well packaged and received within the stated timescale. Five stars from me./

Stair Nosing

Used this company when renovating house. Bought the stair biding on two occasions. Excellent quality and quick delivery. I definitely recommend.

Excellent service and product from Made of Wood, once again

Excellent service from Made of Wood, and really lovely products. Our experienced fitters said this is one of the highest quality wood floorings that they’ve seen. Kevin was super helpful answering my questions, and we absolutely love our new floors. This is my second time of using Made of Wood, and I would use them and their product every time. Our kitchen and utility rooms are shaping up very beautifully indeed. Thank you so much

Small details lift the look

My lovely oak door knobs arrived in good time and have really lifted the look of my wardrobes, replacing some old fashioned mushroom ones with modern looking, stylish ones…….amazing what a difference a small detail can make!

Never fulfilled the order

Never fulfilled the order, no communication, no responsibility and lies

Ordered some wood flooring beginning of July

Failed to come despite a constant "its going to be with you at the end of each week"

They had the flooring in a different pack format but couldn't be bothered to split a pack to fulfill my already late order

After 7 weeks of me chasing them (never the other way) I asked to cancel the order.

Then miraculously they said it had already been dispatched. This is despite the fact that on their own delivery terms and conditions as well as an previous email to me confirming they would not send anything without notifying me first.

Just another lie to keep me waiting.

Would never use again. Awful customer service

Recommend these guys in a heart beat.

Kevin who was my contact throughout was utterly brilliant, helped me in every way.
Even help on price so I could stay in budget.
Anyone looking for flooring these guys are professional, on time and by far the best prices within the market.
