Macro Packaging Arvostelua 

I needed some packaging urgently for a house move. I ordered them in the early hours of Friday morning and it was with me just after lunch on Saturday.

Great range of products, reasonably priced and lightning quick delivery.

Good prices, good quality boxes and always arrives on time. Will continue to use for all my packaging needs. Thank you for the good service A+.

There was a problem with the couriers. It was sorted very satisfactorily, thank you for your help and trustworthiness.

I ordered 100 boxes and they showed as being delivered the next day whilst no one was home to accept them. Macro Packaging eventually confirmed who the courier was and the delivery photo clearly showed that the boxes were doorstepped in full view, with no attempt made to leave them safe. Although this was not Macro Packaging's fault, when the issue was raised to them, the Customer Service was none existent telling me to take it up with the courier. Despite knowing that the courier would only communicate with Macro Packaging, being the sender, they refused to contact them to resolve the problem. After receiving several unhelpful emails from Macro Packaging, I was left out of pocket and without the boxes I ordered. They are happy to take your money but don't care at all about the customer. Don't expect any help from this company when things go wrong.

We ordered "3M Scotch CLEAR 371 packing parcel packaging carton sealing tape 2" (48mm x 66m) - 12 rolls" Order# 229327
The tape is defective as it does not stick, I think the glue is expired. I understand this is not the seller fault, however, I have contacted them to return the item and I have received the worst customer service attention ever, the guy on the phone told me that the tape I ordered is the cheapest from 3M so it is very bad quality and if I think is faulty I should send it back to 3M and not them. According to the law I have 14 days to get my money back, however, this guy was very rude and told me they won't accept the return.

First time ordering packaging and I was a little concerned after reading reviews. However once ordered I was notified straight away via email, as with when packaged and posted out. Outstanding communication and very fast delivery within 2 working days. Thank you, I will definitely be returning.

Spoke to the Customer Care team who were super useful and helped me arrange another delivery despite accidently refusing the wrong package. Excellent boxes and excellent price, I'm already a return customer but I will continue doing business :)

The boxes I ordered were good enough and arrived the next day. The packing tape is another matter. It is VERY thin and doesn’t stick well. I ordered 12 reels of this useless stuff. They won’t refund unless I send the lot back at my own expense then wait to hear whether they agree that it’s not very good! If they disagree, I don’t get a refund, will have lost both the tape AND the money and will have spent even more on postage….Is this good service or rip-off land? No wonder Amazon does so well with this sort of nonsense going on.

We placed an order through the web-site for delivery in Northern Ireland which was accepted, after one week of waiting and hearing nothing, no dispatch e-mail or phone call I e-mailed to ask for an update which was ignored, I then sent a second e-mail several days later which again was ignored so I phoned the company to find out what was happening with our order, they informed us that delivery to Northern Ireland was too expensive and that they would not send the order, it would have been nice if they had actually informed us of this right away so we could order from a different packaging supplier rather than make us wait for over two weeks and us having to chase them for an update, a refund was received but not a nice experience, communication is poor, do not expect a quick responsive service!

I have used macro packaging for a number of years. They have provided a very reliable service with exceptional customer care. I have been in desperate situations where I have needed my packaging the very next day and after a quick phone call to the customer service team, they were able to arrange this at no extra cost. Every single time I have used macro packaging, they have gone above and beyond to provide excellent service. The team there understands the customers’ needs and puts them first. Thank you so much for your excellent service, I will continue to use you in the future.

After reading some of the reviews on here I feel like they are talking about a completely different company. Macro Packaging is a fantastic, family run company that are always willing to go the extra mile to help me when I am placing an order.

I have been using Macro Packaging for many years and more recently for my online business. I have often phoned them and asked for advice on which postal boxes to use, the dimensions of different boxes and which tissue paper would be best for my business and I always get comprehensive advice. They truly understand the packaging market.

The customer service I have received is up there with some of the best. They are always willing to listen to my needs and offer solutions in a polite and thoughtful manner. They have even suggested different options of packaging that I hadn’t thought of.

Their dispatch time is very fast and everything I order is wrapped/packaged appropriately.

This is an exceptional company who have helped me with all of my packaging needs, which has been particularly useful when setting up my own online business!

Maybe it is testament to the power of Trustpilot, after issues with first order, sensible out come was achieved with good grace of the owner of the company.

How rude this company is. They sent me a discount code to use when I didn't check out the other day. The discount code didn't work so I called the office and they denied having any discount codes. When I said I had received the email and who from it was then 'there must be a technical error'. When I asked to speak to the manager the person said he was a manager! I actually had to tell him he wasn't customer friendly and actually quiet rude. Also reluctant to give his name out. For everyone's info. it's Ben and I hope you don't have the misfortune of talking to him. He said he would get someone to call me back but I doubt that will happen. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & ATTITUDE. Would not recommend.

I often use Macro Packaging for my company's boxes, tapes and other packing materials (my most recent order being earlier this month) and have always found them to be honest, quick and reliable.

I ordered some removal blankets at lunch time and the next afternoon my blankets arrived bang on time as the
email I received from macro said. DPD delivered. BRILLIANT!

Ordered boxes for moving house, 10 days later and have now moved house, the boxes never arrived. Emails ignored and when you ring the telephone number they have given to PayPal it simply says they cannot connect you to this call.
I assume they have gone out of business!
I have now opened a PayPal dispute for a refund.

Ordered a bike box and bubble wrap and it arrived very quickly. I even made contact prior to ordering and I received a quick response. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service, placed an order on Friday 5 June and received my goods on Monday 8 June. I ordered a bike box and bubble wrap and it was packaged very well. I even called prior to placing an order and super professional service. Would definitely order any future products with them.

Purchased 3 rolls of bubble wrap from this company for next day delivery however, they came on separate day and were packed so tightly with shrink wrap that they were completely out of shape and would not fit on the dispenser.
