Sarah Bailes was excellent. Very responsive, took everything seriously and ultimately got me a great result. I have worked with other solicitors before where I have felt that if I didn't spell out what I needed, nothing would progress - however Sarah was proactive and led the whole process. I used Macks to end a marriage that was formed in the European Union pre-UK departure. At first, things moved slowly and I was unable to see a way forward that would achieve my desire to of dissolving ties. Then Josie joined and her tenacious and meticulous nature got things moving. She has a talent for quickly understanding situations and knowing how to resolve them and move things forward. I’ve been really impressed with Josie over the last year or so. Without her professionalism and understanding, I suspect the marriage would still be in rigour even though separation had been ongoing for a number of years.
