Machine-DRO Arvostelua

Great prices, fast, secure delivery and a great product. Exactly what you need in this age of dodgy items.

Third time I’ve used this company.
Their helpline has been amazing and the products, especially the DRO’s are of incredible quality.
You DO get what you pay for.
Overall 10/10

Arrived what was order and when was promised.

Excellent service

I’m not sure where the 4.7 score comes from! Not for me. These guys say next working day, so ordered from them. I ordered last Saturday, it’s now the following Saturday, no delivery, no tracking, no communication apart from verifying order last Saturday.

The ordering process was seamless. I paid for express delivery but due to a delay in delivery it took today’s before I actually got the goods. However what I had ordered was spot on

I was very pleased with the kit, instructions and the way it fitted my lathe.
It is fitted and being used.
I had to supply /make some parts that were miss supplied.

Very efficient and knowledgeable.
All items in stock and collected within an hour
Excellent service

Clear description on ordering, fast delivery, well packaged

Easy communication, quick response with the correct offer. Always again.

Remote reading clinometer..
Robust...well made...works excellently,
Just installing it as an elevation read-out for a 12' radioastronomy dish.
Excellent service and delivery
Many thanks
Rob

Prompt delivery. Exactly as advertised. First time purchase would happily use again.

I can't give this company any more than 3 stars. I brought a part from them, the description was incorrect and no reply from request for a refund for replacement for the correct item.
I can't recommend this company!

Web site easy to use
Lets me know stock levels
Process fast and easy

Excellent service from Machine-Dro. I had a complex problem requiring a very specific linear scale. The staff at Machine-Dro worked with me to supply and configure the scale. Superb service and an excellent company to work with.

Very good service. Product works well delivery good

Remarkable value for money . No disappointments with the product . Speedy delivery .

Machine DRO went above and beyond to get me back up and running again after my local DPD depot failed to deliver.
Once I alerted them to my problems with the courier they immediately contacted DPD. When they got no response they had dpd return packages to them and immediately sent out replacements getting them to me the next morning, saving me a lot of headache and downtime.
I cant thank Lauren ( despatch coordinater) enough. If she hadnt intervened dpd could have cost me another 3 or 4 days.
I would highly recommend them

Good price easy to order quick delivery time
