I ordered a refurbished Smart Keyboard for an iPad on 12th Dec and it arrived on 21st via DPD. I could not get it to connect with the iPad and ended up phoning Mac4Sale to ask for advice. Their technician was very helpful, in that I finally got it to connect. However the connection remains rather unstable, as I have to push the iPad slightly to the right while it's sitting in its magnetic strip every time I unfold the keyboard again.

TLDR: Company sent me the wrong config laptop a month late, I returned the laptop and still after 4 months of emailing and calling they still refuse to refund me nearly £3000.

In June, I ordered an Apple MacBook Pro with a UK English Keyboard layout for nearly £3000 which was supposed to arrive in 4 days. After many ignored emails and phone calls, the laptop eventually arrived a month late.

Once the laptop arrived I opened the box and the laptop had some dents and scratches on it, but the main problem was that the keyboard had a different physical layout than the one that I requested, ordered and confirmed with the company after ordering. I immediately emailed the company pointing this out and even included pictures of the differences between a genuine UK MacBook and the one they sent. I also requested a return label and a refund.

I eventually got a return label after many requests and sent the laptop back and once received they said that they would either get me the correct laptop or refund me within 10 days.

They didn't. I emailed and called them many times and they kept on saying that they would update me or it will take a few days, and after another month they said that they can't get the correct laptop. I told them that I wanted a refund and they said that they would refund me within 2 weeks.

They didn't. Still now nearly 4 months later they refuse to refund me and keep on saying that they have problems refunding my order and it will take a few days to sort it out.

IT DOESN'T TAKE 4 MONTHS TO GO TO THE ORDER DETAILS AND PRESS REFUND ORDER!!

The only option I have now it to get a lawyer and take the company to court to get my money and damages, as this appears to be the only way to get my money back and get the UK authorities to look into this company as they have broken the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

Through doing some research, I know that they also trade under other company names so when I get the complete list of other companies I can update this review so that no none else has to go through this.

So far I have found out that they also trade under SafePC Direct, SafePC Disposal and Refurb Mac.

Bought a laptop monitor at very reasonable price from this company. Farhan kept in touch with me when I faced a few issues and helped resolve them quickly and efficiently. Great service, awesome ppl. Will defo buy again and recommend!

Great customer support and great product

I pushed a 2015 Mackbook pro from them, there was an issue with the shipment, I reach out to them and I was companciated with a greater laptop and a same day shipment. It shows that they are caring and looking after their customers to top it off there is actually no wait time when you contac them.

ordered replacement keyboard for my iMac having spilt a drink on it late August 2022 I prefer the old large style keyboards and thought it might be really hard to get hold of one. found on here, prompt despatch and been giving me solid service since received. only just received an invitation to review purchase - so far so good.

I decided to replace my old iMac with an upgraded version and luckily I came across the Mac4sale website. The website itself was easy to use and I soon found a model from 2020 that had specs way above anything I could afford if I ordered a new device from Apple. It took a bit more time to be delivered than suggested on the website but this was understandable given the high spec I'd ordered. The quality of the iMac is amazing - there are no blemishes on the casing and the screen looks like new. It's blisteringly fast and a real pleasure to use. Some functions that used to take minutes on the old iMac now happen with seconds. Brilliant service from Mac4sale, thank you very much.

I bought a MacBook here for my daughter last year. It was in fantastic condition and she was over the moon. There’s no guarantees when you’re buying used IT hardware, but it’s been great so far - to the point I bought a 15” MacBook for myself. I’ve honestly found the company good to deal with, and would be happy to recommend them tbh.

I received after 8 days and surprised to see the condition is really awesome. It was much butter than i expected.Thank you

How is this business is still operating? Avoid at all costs.

Borderline scam company, the worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Been over 5 weeks waiting for a refund. Tried claiming back on paypal and now it says the refund is cancelled. Still fighting for my money back.

It took me about 5 weeks to get a refund from them after I sent the item back and I had to call several times a week to get this.

Computers were very late to arrive. Nearly impossible to get hold of anyone to speak to about it. Only reason for the second star is that they did actually arrive (3weeks late and after 6/7 phone calls)

DO NOT TRUST mac4sale! I bought a refurbished iphone, with a 1 year guarantee, which I found to have faulty sound quality on videos. I sent it back to be fixed (having been refused a replacement despite incurring much inconvenience and waiting time) but they said there was nothing wrong with it - despite ongoing video evidence of significant issue! They are now ignoring my emails....and 2 months after purchase the matter is no closer to being resolved.

Scam. Do not do business with this company, No goods, no intention of sending goods, still fighting for refund.
