Paid for Lacoste jacket 🧥 over a month ago never got any fed back no jacket no refunds no reply what up with these companies help

I ordered 3 different orders from this site on the shop app and it was horrible. I paid for expidited shipping first of all, and I never received tracking numbers for any of my 3 orders... They are past due... I have emailed the company customer support email 4 times with no response... Don't even waste your time with this company. They are clearly ran by unprofessional people.

Do not buy from this site, Avoid scammers, They take your money and you won't receive the goods, can't get in touch by Email, they delete all tracking info its void.. beware people.

Scammers, took my money then website link to track & view order became void. No response on email item never delivered. Has to report to bank

Ordered pants. Shipped to US. Description inaccurate. Really tiny and skinny, not as described. Must ship to France for refund despite having a warehouse in US. Would cost $80 US to ship, but cost only $49 US to buy. Total scam. And, despite assurances you could exchange, they will not provide instructions for how to exchange. Filed claim with PatPal.

As others have said I ordered a crochet pattern, which never arrived. These crooks literally copy and pasted the owners etsy account and description which has been really upsetting and time consuming for her.

These then tried twice to take £499 from my account for a "subscription" which was denied. Money for the pattern was refunded by PayPal but trying to get action taken against this company seems complex😥

Like others have written I purchased a crochet pattern for £2.63, the next day they had set up a Direct Debit for £499 to be taken through my paypal account. I am now trying to get the money back via paypal

What an absolute con. Charged for what I ordered (and haven’t received) but then charged €499 as well. Paid through PayPal so now have to wait to see if they can do anything to get the money back.
Further to this - 4 days on this company has now tried to take £4k twice from my account! Unsuccessfully fortunately!!

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star, I too was buying a crochet pattern for $3.50. They charged me $2499 and $499 on the same day through PayPal, and cleaned out my bank account. Still haven’t received any recourse from PayPal.

This seller advertises on facebook selling Amigurami crochet patterns. I purchased one for $3.50, paid through shopify. Later the same day, seller used my pay information to push a $1999 charge to my account!

Avoid Avoid Avoid. Tried to buy a crochet pattern which I haven't received and they are trying to take £2499 from my bank through paypal. Was declined because I don't have that much and never will have that much in my account. I will never buy any more patterns on line again.

Same experience as others - brought a 3.99 usd pattern and was attempted to be set up with a 399 usd recurring payment. Avoid!

Paid £3.99 for downloadable crochet pattern which I never received. I emailed them. Second order confirmation arrived with charge of £499. Paypal automatic payment (unauthorised) now cancelled. Now have to wait for return of money. Should have checked website/shop. Nothing on it!!

je viens de m'apercevoir avec colère, grosse erreur de ma part de n'avoir pas fait attention à vos prélèvements de
39€ sur ma carte bleue, depuis le 20/08/2022. J'ai en effet effectué un achat de 19€, en aout 2022, et vous avez allègrement
prélevé un total de 468€.
Je viens de supprimer cet abonnement de cette offre shopping à volonté. fait sur votre site le 08/06/2023
Je suis vraiment écoeurée de vos méthodes sournoises et carrément du vol à la clientèle.
Je tiens absolument à vous faire part de ma colère et bien entendu d'arrêter immédiatement vos prélèvements mensuels.
