BEWARE ! Watch out for this company. The clothes I ordered are too small. I tried to return. They won't accept returns, despite their site saying to email them for return authorization. Then, they offer for you to keep items and refuse to give full refund, but instead offer $18 on a $106 order. It's a Sham company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!

My wife placed an order, the clothes didn't fit as expected. As stated in other review, you can't ship them back to the shipping warehouse.

The items I ordered were just what I expected and perfect fit. Will order again.

I’m super mad about this company. I ordered this dress in an XL I waited a month for it even though it’s a summer dress and was ordered for a wedding. But anyhow. When it finally came it’s a size SMALL.
I’ve contacted the seller and they have not returned my messages.
This dress once converted to USA dollars was $80!!! The dress looks like it’s $20. I just want my money back or the right size. I’ve messaged them 12 times. No response. What can I do ???

The worst online shopping ever. Ordered $495.00 dollars worth of clothes. Didn't fit my body type. Tried to return the items but was told that shipping back to Dubai was to expensive (But clothes shipped out of Canada). Only received $200 refund. Now I'm stuck with clothes that I have to give away to Goodwill and out $300 dollars. What a waste!!! I only used this store because of the reviews on the return policy... Total lies
I also advised customer service that I have family going to Dubai in November and to get extension on return. This was ignored.

All in all, bad return policy. I would never use this website to order clothes

I absolutely love this website!! Package arrival is quick and they keep you updated. I always feel good when I go to this website. The clothes are beautiful! The reviews help a lot with sizing and likes and dislikes. My new favorite place to shop!!!

Love the dresses I received. They are great quality and fit well.

I was a little disappointed. The dress I really wanted didn’t arrive with my order. My money was promptly refunded but I really wanted THAT dress. The one I did receive was not what I had expected. The description led me to believe that it was embroidered but it was just printed in the fabric. It was too expensive to be just a print.

Products ordered were delivered very fast and exactly as shown ! Thank you !

i bought 2 dresses for $94 and neither dress fabric looked like the picture, the colors were not the same as the picture showed. The dresses were Mediums and were huge. One dress was an empire waste but the seam ended up right at the breast line rather than under the breast like the picture showed. I tried to return and request a full refund and they would only refund me $42. They wouldn't pay for shipping, so If I wanted to return them I would have to pay for shipping to send to Dubai from the US, which would have been costly.
So, they refunded me $42 and they said I could keep the dresses and donate them, which I did. Don't ever buy from them, because if you don't like the dresses, you won't get your money back.

I absolutely love the dresses I bought, they fit great, read the measurements and it helps with sizing. Only thing was I wanted to wear one of the dresses for my daughters shower and they were delivered the next day. Leave ample time for shipping

Finally was able to get thru to customer service. Only to be told they only can reimburse 7.00 for a dress I purchase at 39.99 and also charged $14.99 for shipping. The dress is nothing like what was in the picture. Save yourself the headache and do not purchase here. Dresses at JCPenny and Belk are great and reasonable and no issues with returns. Lesson Learn the hard way.

I ordered a few things for my daughter and grand daughter. It arrived fine and they were happy with it
