i ordered a teddy coat 2-3 months ago and it still hasn't arrived and i emailed them 3 times and nope no reply smh

Completely horrible company! Failed to receive an email stating my order was dispatched so got in contact on their fb messanger and asked for the email to which they didn’t send it but stated it would take 1-3 weeks to arrive. After estimating that the parcel would not be here in time I asked for a refund and to cancel the order since it had not even been shipped yet. They argued that I could not recieve a refund until the order had arrived and I had sent it back as it was already being processed. Days later still no email confirming the order had been dispatched so I looked into how to get my money back and discovered I could go through my bank and use the chargebank scheme. I notified Lux noire that this is what I would be doing as I still had no dispatched email and straight away they replied that I would be receiving an email from them with tracking information etc. Funny how they are able to send it once I threatened to go through my bank to get a refund. The email arrived and the track my order doesn’t work. Still no clearer if/when my order will arrive.

A COMPLETE SCAM. this site is the worst clothing site i have ever ordered from. i ordered a pair of camo pants 3 months ago and they were never delivered. i received and email from lux noire as soon as i ordered the pants saying that my order had been confirmed, then got an email one month later to say that my order had been shipped. it’s now been two months since i received the email saying that my order had been shipped, and i still do not have my order. i gave up on waiting for the pants to arrive so i ordered the exact same pair from a store in my town instead, although they were over double the price of the ones from lux noire. i’m very disappointed in some people’s motives as this store is clearly a not legitmate and was created to scam money off people. i hope people stop buying from this store and wasting their money on crap they’re never going to get. clearly i will never be ordering from lux noire ever again.

LUX NOIR. when u identify yourself as Lux it must be a better quality. then what i receive. VERY poor quality . u dont receive your order all at the same time. AND TOOK ALmost a month waiting. For the experience. is an overcharge. NEver will order back there again

Shipments are quite long but items eventually arrive in decent condition. They do not answer to any of their emails but they do answer properly to facebook messenger in less than 24h. The "track my order" option does not work. Clothing is not amazing quality but it is OK. It is not a scam but you can find the exact same products in Amazon for their real (and cheaper) price as they actually come from the same chinese factories. However I am happy with the two products I bought.

Ordered the made and directed by Quentin Tarantino and received made and directed by young writers? So bootleg, what the heck is young writers? Contacted customer service via Facebook and they were very unprofessional. Never buying anything from here again!

I’m getting very annoyed at the lack of action implemented with my order. Terrible customer service from this company has allowed my three emails over the course of two weeks to be left unanswered and un-rectified. Upon receiving what was half my order in the mail two weeks ago, Luxnoire sent an email confirmation that I received my full order which obviously wasn’t the case. I had only received one item in my package. No second item and no paper invoice. I allowed a fortnight for email correspondence to my problem- I would’ve been happy with the missing item in my hands or my money back- but nothing was rectified as I had appealed multiple times. It was clear to me at that point that my purchase was not even worth the discounted price I paid for the items- especially when I saw the quality of the jacket I received, which while looked nice on the outside, was unlined, scratchy to wear and not at all warm. Everyone purchasing from this site should be warned about this- pay the extra money on I.AM.GIA which is obviously a brand they are trying to grab similar styles from, and actually be happy that the money you have spent has gone to buying a high quality garment. I will no longer fall for your misleading social media marketing and I hope your fast-buck-business will soon die out. Absolutely disgraceful.

Shipping was horrible i immediately asked for a refund, if you dont have paypay get one this is the only way i got my money back.

Ordered a bodysuit that said “written and directed by Quentin Tarantino” it arrived and said “written and directed by young writers” ??? It was literally called the Tarantino bodysuit. Anyway, now have to deal with returns and shipping, do not recommend at all

ITS A SCAM ”lushlity” or “luxnior” whatever they call themselves. Order something and emailed them multiple of times regarding my order and never heard form them and never got my stuff. Don’t recommended anyone to buy from them

Worst company - complete scam!
I had to email handfuls of times to nudge on my item being sent, and then I wish I hadn't bothered as when it arrived it was so cheaply made and awful.
I have emailed them numerous times for a return/refund, but funnily enough I never get a response.

Complete time wasters with no care for the fact that honest people buy through them with the good faith that they will receive what they are paying for.

Cannot express enough that you should not buy from this website.

One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. The clothing quality is decent but everything else is an absolute nightmare. Shipping is awful everything ships separately. One of my items took an additional 3 weeks to come and then came with the longest pull in it. So overall it took about a month and a half to get everything. Customer service is awful and unhelpful. Needless to say it’ll be my first and last time ordering from this site. Save your money and go to fashion nova.

No communication at all. Material is cheap and rubbish quality. Sizes are not the same as they say and took over a month to come and I ordered 4 items each came in individual packages a weeks apart, still waiting for one. And there is no way to return items.

I came aross this company on instagram. I ordered a coat from them. It took nearly a month to ship. They have no communication at all, as I emailed them a couple of times about why my order hadn’t been shipped, then a week later I got an email saying it had been shipped but the tracking number didn’t work. Products definitely come from China and when they are recived in the country you get an email. The coat looks like the image on the website BUT it’s very itchy inside and I don’t feel confident in the company. I will never order from this company again as it’s no guarantee.

I ordered from here after seeing their company on Instagram. Once I ordered, I saw a lot of negative reviews about how none of their products had arrived,and were refused a refund. So, I contacted them to cancel the order (hadn't been shipped) and ask my a refund. They said this was not possible as the order had been shipped. After this response, I then received confirmation that it had been shipped. It was all a little fishy. But, after a week I came home to my Teddy Coat, and its exactly as described. Good quality, and for the price point + free delivery. I can't complain. Not sure why others have had bad experiences, but mine went smoothly!

They advertise clothes which are on trend, but then send the cheap versions from China.

Also 0 communication. I reported them on Paypal and got a refund thankfully.

Absolute scammers don’t order from them

Im so disapointed this internet shop, Im still waiting my order ( 10 days already) spent 70 pounds for nothing, sent emails for them but they didnt even respond on it. Dont buy NOTHING from LUX NOIR!

Was really scared to order from the sight but my order came & I can’t really complain.
The only thing I would say is delivery took some time & the quality of the product wasn’t the best but it is wearable & it did come.

There is NO way the reviews over 1 star are real, this website is a COMPLETE SCAM!! I bought 1 pair of pants for $30, which are the same exact pants that TigerMist has for 90$, i thought it was too good to be true and i was right!! I purchased the pants on March 7, i had to message them a million times on facebook and FINALLY got a response and the same time they replied back on facebook they emailed me shipping confirmation which was on March 16 with an actual tracking number being sent from China to me. the tracking number has been PENDING for 15 days now!! I got super angry and realized that this company is a complete fake company and they emailed me saying "The tracking information can take a few days to show, but it should update very soon." thats suchhh bs!!! DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHIP ANYTHING OUT TO YOU!

I’ve been ordering from them for a little over a year and love them. Tons of great festival outfits and great bodysuits! I’ve had to contact customer service because of ordering the wrong item and received my refund quickly. Summer is coming and I can’t wait to stock up on more fun/unique pieces! 💕
