Textured Pixie Cut--The color (auburn/Blond) matched my hair perfectly. However, It just didn't work for me. The quality of the hair is excellent so I picked out another wig that I think will work perfectly. I ordered it and can't wait to get it. Thanks Sherri!!!

Although my first experience with luxhair wasn't a good one, I will definitely be buying from them again. I hope that my next purchase will be better. Finally received my product. They however need to train their customer service people.

I placed an order on 2/4/17. Over 6 weeks past and I had not received my order.I called and was told there was a backup on shipping but I should receive shortly. On 3/15/17 I emailed to cancel order. No one answered but I received the order on 3/29/17. One of the wigs was previously worn as it had bobby pins attached to it. I called to return as I do not like how the style looks on me and it is over 30 days, so no dice. I would want to return or exchange....Make sure you act quickly if you do not like the wigs.

I had no problem putting in my order. Everything was super easy to complete. Looking foreword to getting my new wig! Mary

I had order a wig about a month ago.. and never got it. I called customer service and they acting like they can't find my order and they won't put my money back on my card at all.

LuxHair by Sherri Sheperd offers quality wigs at a reasonable price. There ia a variety of cute styles in all lengths. The color selection is great and offers something for everyone. Sherri Sheperd's reputation is excellent and I trust her products. There is a 30 day return policy so how can anyone go wrong! Lux Hair Wigs website was so simple to use and PayPal is accepted! I absolutely LOVE my LUXHAIR wig!! Most of my friends didn't believe it was a wig!! So easy to wear..lightweight and even in the hot weather in Florida, its is cool and comfortable...I am ordering another one in just a slightly different style.. The shipping took a while but it was surely worth the wait..LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!

If you are thinking about ordering the textured pixie wig in light ash brown, do not unless you want to wait months to receive it. When I finally received the wig, it was the Wrong color. Packaging label was the color I ordered, but wrong colored wig. I called in to get a replacement wig only to be told that color was not in stock and I would need to wait. They will not supply you with a prepaid label even when it is their fault. They do not have their act together at all.

I received my first wig in about 4 weeks. I ordered my second wig on 2/17/17 and still haven't received it. I have had one email from Brett Saevitzon, on 3/10/17 stating that they were expecting a shipment on 3/13/17 and were working hard to fill ALL orders. Since then nothing! I've even tried to send an email to Sheri Shepherd and it was returned undelivered. I've talked with two separate people on the chat that basically blow me off by saying they will send my complaint to a higher level.

I did something today by going on QVC and ordering a third wig just to see if it comes sooner. I also used PAYPAL this time, not my credit card.

Its very annoying to not be informed. I really LOVE my first wig which is why I'm upset about not receiving the others. If you are going to go on Dr. Oz and preach what a great product and company you have, then you should have the man power to fill those orders. I'm not buying wigs because I want to change my style. I'm buying wigs because I have stress induced hair loss. My husband has terminal cancer and thats enough stress for anyone. I just want my wigs. The same quality wig that I received the first time. I think this company is money driven not customer driver, which is sad.

I'm unable to review products.
They were ordered thirteen days ago and have not yet arrived.

I haven't received the wig all I ever got was a message from my credit card company that $1.00 was charged and that was a normal procedure to insure that it wasn't a fraudulent transaction.

Which was appreciated but as of this date no wig and I don't know what happened (no further charge on the card either). I haven't received any communication from Lux hair so I am not aware of any problems.

Too long to receive. Thought I was ordering a auburn blonde wig. It was RED. Nothing blonde about it.

I can't review something I have yet to receive.
At this point I am disappointed in the length of time it will take to receive my unit.....had I not called I would not have known it is going to take 3 weeks ugh

I was able to find all of Sherri's wigs prices were slightly better then where I bought my original one will recommend to anyone I receive many compliments and WILL​ be back

I have several of these wigs. They are fun, look like real hair, attractive, and a godsend on "bad hair" days.

I have three complaints/suggestions:
1) the lace used at the front of the wigs is very scratchy and itchy. I have a HAIRDO brand wig that is much softer and more comfortable;
2) I have an average size head and some of my wigs seem very tight and keep riding up in the back and sides (would be better fitting on a small head) and I would like to see the wigs slightly larger and more comfortable;
3) I'd like to see more platinum highlights in the DARK PLATINUM wigs. One style of my DARK PLATINUM wigs has this, but the others do not.

Person that took my order seemed very knowable about the products. The order was put through with no problem and to my satisfaction
