Luton Automotive Ltd Arvostelua

I experienced an ABS pump failure and needed quick service. This garage provided prompt and efficient repairs at a very affordable price. The communication throughout the process was clear and helpful. Highly recommended for reliable service.

We needed a windscreen and a side window fitted, the guys at automotive couldn’t be more helpful. Very professional service and very conveniently they can do it on your driveway.

Would recommend to everyone

Excellent service on time and professional, will use again in the future if needed. Thanks to Afzal on a job well done.

My car got broken into on Wednesday, I rang up on Thursday and my car window was replaced by 10am on Friday. Amazing service and would definitely go there if I have any problems in the future. Thank you so much!

Ended up with high bill to other garage . £1900
My car insignia 2014 was diagnosed with high presure pump faulty.
Which is absolutely FALSE result from this doggie garage
You know the car perfectly.
I have received proof of receipt £70 for false results .
Was Romanian guy. STOP LYING

Huge huge mistake.
THEY ARE JUST REPLACING PARTS , are no even mechanics
Please please stay away
Advise for everyone to stay away from these guys.
They are not proper and qualified mechanics.
My insignia got in limp mode sometimes .
I purchased a professional tester , as they using for test, with license and no codes comes up from ECM computer .
The same , they tested my engine in the same way and no code comes up.
One very doggie and very suspicious mechanic told me is 100% diesel high presure pump , which the engine was running perfectly at the time on arrival.
I should change the crankshaft position sensor not high presure pump as this professional guy said to me.
By mistake i changed this presure pump and i ended up with £1900 for part and labour .
After 2 days car got in limp mode again and i discovered the real nightmare was the crankshaft position sensor, changed by me and calibrated .
With their doggie knowledge i ended up with almost £2000 and a lot wasted time.

Really good job. Done it on time. Brothers are friendly. Recommend it for everyone.

Iilyaas and James came to do the windscreen for my Citroen relay. Even though young and little experienced but completed the job satisfactorily. I’m so happy and I highly recommend to use this team. Thank you

Just outstanding. Do not be put off by the old skool way this transaction begins. Moose hasn’t got time for some flashy website because he’s busy delivering the most professional service I’ve come across in decades. Four weeks ago, I needed a front passenger window replaced and was advised to contact Moose. Roman arrived the very same day and did a superb job. The window continues to work smoothly. Hey, Big Corporate, take a lesson in customer service from these guys. Thank you Roman. Thank you Moose. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I have a busy body shop and have used Luton automotive for over 20 years. All the time he is late but it's worth the wait in the end. Very professional and always entertaining and rewarding listening to his chat. I highly recommend this company.

Very easy and stress free from booking up to the work being finished at home. Roman, the windscreen fitter did an excellent job. I am truly satisfied.

The brother was very humble and down to earth. I rang him & he was able to fit my screen in the next business day which was very convenient. Super friendly. Would definitely recommend.
