We’re sorry the size was not what you expected. However, we have checked the order and can confirm that a Chloe Blue Mule in UK size 3 was selected when the order was placed, and a UK size 3 was dispatched. Our records do not show an order for either a size 7 or a size 5.
If the item is unsuitable, it can of course be returned in accordance with our returns policy. Please contact our customer service team if you require any assistance.

good and bad
I bought two pairs of Lunar St. Ives shoes. One pair is in dark blue and I am very pleased with them. They are very comfortable.
Unfortunately the second pair in leopard skin do not fit, although they are the same size 6. The leather is not soft as in the navy blue pair and they are very wide and uncomfortable. I am returning this pair for a refund.

Boots are fine but too narrow for me
Boots are fine but too narrow for me. I emailed request to return but no reply. There are conflicting addresses and imfo online and on label enclosed with boots. Waiting for advice and resolution

How have I never heard of Lunar Shoes before ?
I am so thrilled to have found this company in a shop in Watchet and can't believe I've never come across them before. Sandals I ordered are fabulous, arrived in a few days. They are comfortable, well made and unique in design. I already have an ankle boot in my basket ready for winter.
