If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. I placed an order on October 5, 2025, and it’s now November 6, 2025 , a full month later and I have not received my order. The only communication I’ve received was an initial confirmation email saying my order had been received.

Since then, I have emailed multiple times asking for an update and sent a private message on Instagram, but I have received no response whatsoever. This level of unresponsiveness is extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

If there were delays or production issues, a simple update or email explaining the situation would have been completely understandable. However, being ignored and left with no communication or product feels unacceptable and dishonest.

I am very disappointed and would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this company until they demonstrate that they value their customers and fulfill their orders.

They match the description perfectly, the sizing is spot-on, and the quality is outstanding. They sparkle like stars! I couldn’t decide on just one set, so I ended up buying several—and I’m so glad I did! Shipping was quick, and the customer service was excellent. You can tell they truly care about their customers being happy with their purchase—and I definitely am! I’ll absolutely be ordering again.
