Jag har försökt säga upp min prenumeration sedan December, har mailat ett flertal gånger sedan dess och sagt upp min prenumeration 3!!! Gånger utan varken svar eller något. Dom fortsätter dra pengar från mig varje månad ändå! Har fått anmäla för bedrägeri via min bank nu! Rekomenderar INTE!

HORRIBLE customer service
HORRIBLE customer service. They lied to me on 3 occasions. I contacted them numerous times, only to have an AI agent send stock replies. They promised to refund my money and never did. Here is there last response, and I NEVER received my refund.
"Upon checking our system, we initially processed a refund of $150 on March 16, 2026. However, due to an unforeseen system issue, the transaction was not successfully completed.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We would like to inform you that the refund has now been successfully processed as of March 31, 2026.
As a gesture of goodwill, we have issued a full refund in the amount of $228. The refunded amount is expected to reflect in your account by April 14."
Today is April 17 NO REFUND!
