Horrible customer care! They sent the wrong item, then would not honor listed price on their website. Returned and will not purchase from then again. Buyer beware.

Perfect luggage for my two daughters
Perfect luggage for my two daughters. So well-made and so light and easy to push / pull along while traveling, especially in an airport.

Rip-off merchants, avoid
Order never made it from the courier to me, and was eventually sent back (according to tracking). Company never responded to any emails or followup but kept my money. Absolutely disgraceful, luggageonline is untrustworthy and I'll never use again.
