Superb and efficient service. Great expertise with no hidden agenda. Highly recommended.

Dave brings a level of service and personal attention thats impossible to get from an app. He talked me through all the important details and ensured it all went smoothly. FX made easy by having an expert on side.

The communication and actually dealing with a Human made all the difference. The process was hassle free and efficient.

David helped me deal with a transfer of inheritance money from overseas that I was very stressed out about. The entire process was seamless, and I was clearly guided through every step. Many thanks!

Used Lucid Financial Markets for a private FX transfer and honestly couldn’t fault them. I was moving a fairly large amount overseas and wanted something more personal than a bank.

The process was straightforward, the rate was strong, and having someone on hand to talk things through made a big difference. No hard sell, no jargon, just clear advice and quick responses when I had questions.

If you need help with larger currency transfers or want a more hands-on foreign exchange service, they’re well worth speaking to.

Perfect and swift service at the right cost level.

Dave was knowledgeable and very helpful. The process was smooth and very quick. I would definitely recommend the service

Very comprehensive but easy to digest advice. Professional and effective service. Highly recommend for your foreign exchange needs.

Excellent service. Saved me a lot of money on exhange rate and ultra responsive on getting the compliance done. Will be recommending to all my friends.

I needed to transfer some AUD to GBP for a flat purchase. David was fantastic throughout the entire process. Super helpful and made a stressful situation very calming. He was always there on call when needed and that was very appreciated. Will definitely be using Lucid Financial Markets again should the opportunity arise!

David was communicative from the starting the transaction through to the end. He was extremely knowledgeable and eased any apprehensions and happily answered my numerous questions along the way. He was very professional and I will definitely be using Lucid again - highly recommend!

David is exceptionally supportive, gives great advice and incredibly personable. I was navigating something very new for me and he was beyond helpful (where my experience with other companies had left me feeling cold and simply "another account"). I couldn't recommended David highly enough.

Wonderful service from Lucid helping with the purchase of an overseas property. Communications were faultless, literally walking us through each and every step (and hand holding where required)! Will 100% use again and will be recommending to friends and colleagues alike.

David was exceptional.
Quick to respond, explain and reason how and when to transfer. A true professional in every way. Highly recommend.

We were extremely well guided and supported by Lucid Financial Markets. David was professional, friendly and informed. Highly recommend.

David made the transfer process as clear and transparent as possible. His knowledge of the markets, and also his ability to explain the component parts of moving money between currencies, helped me to feel comfortable and confident that I was getting the best possible rate. The title of the company says it all: "Lucid." Everything was clear and concise.

Couldn’t have asked for a better product or service when making an Australian investment in AUD (I’m UK based).

Timely. Accurate. Simple. These are the three words I’d use to describe my experience with Lucid. As a complete novice I needed some “hand holding” and Dave was more than happy to oblige. Every step was as described and executed perfectly. Thanks for all your help.
