Bought it for my partner for a month second day football Channel didn’t work was continuously buffering but apart from that working ok

Been using this service since February and apart from the problems that every other service of this type had it’s been great. The online help is very good.

Last year, (2018), I paid for a year's subscription. Apart from a few minor "teething problems" everything was fine. I renewed my subscription on 07/06/2019, but in early September my service stopped working. Every time I "switched on" I got "Page loading error". I tried rebooting my device, rebooting the portal, all to no avail. I emailed the company for a resolution, but have still recieved no response. So, a whole year's subscription and the service was only up and running for 3 months before it went off. What makes the non-existent customer service more annoying is that fact that I used to work for the company. Absolutely atrocious. Definitely wouldn't recommend the service, or the company for that matter !

Stopped working halfway through, support hasn't replied to the ticket

Purchases thid service in July. I got one month when it was perfect then the updates started and its been downhill from there. After the recent issues with the shutdown, my provider told me it was back up and running.. i log in tells me i need to download an update.. wont update, i uninstall and reinstall, no joy, then i find that the LTQ app is no longer on google play store and that it only upodates when you download the apk from Boom media site. I download it, tells me it needs and update, i click update, it updates, i try to log in and im now getting cannot connect to server... This service and this app is a pure scam... avoid like the plague

When LTQ works it’s great but customer support is zero nobody ever answers on chat

LTQ back up and running great, also updating without any problems, very happy.

Very professional looking interface and live TV works very well. Vod on the other hand is awful to watch. Wide-screen films are stretched out to cut out the black lines top and bottom. And now all actors look long and thin. Like watching TV through a magnifying glass. It was perfect before the update

purchased from LTQ nothing but trouble they have now changed there name to boom tv. I contacted them today to get help as i cant sign in so no tv and have 9 months left on my subs. There answer they can sell me a new package but cant help with mine. Dont touch them with a barge poll.

I have been trying to use my LT Television for days now without any Sucess.

I get " Couldn't connect to server" error.

Was recommended this for sports and series....I don't use it for much else but I find it way over complicated, difficult to navigate and slow...Speech and picture are regularly out of sinc...For the past few days there's no "movie posters" so you can't scroll through what to watch....I wouldn't recommend this unless they sort out the issues I,m having...

Server error for two days no response at all
