Good service and rapid dispatch…

Good service and rapid dispatch although the choice of DHL (for international shipping, at least) leaves something to be desired: DHL is incapable of delivering according to instructions and regularly says there is nobody home when this is not true

Poor service

The goods came, but no letter and no question customer support did not answer. The phone call is also not answered. I do not want to order in such a store anymore.

I have them ship things to me in…

I have them ship things to me in Vancouver Canada. I have the parts book for my Defender which I recommend that you get. Always extremely fast and convenient. Lots of options on which manufacturer you want including LR if you don't mind pay for the name. For some reason the DHL rates are always very low. Not sure if they have some sort of deal with them. All transactions are in CAD funds and I pre pay duty. There is no where else I would consider getting my parts from because of this.

Will use again

It turns out that LR Direct were only 5 minutes down the road and they offered a collection service.
Only 4 stars as they were supposed to contact me when the collection was ready and they didn't.
