Love Tiki Arvostelua

Good company, great prices and good customer service. The only annoying part is that not everything is in stock at the same time making it harder to fulfil £75 trade order for free delivery. On the other hand if service wasn’t great then i would have given it a 3/5 but service is good. Would just be nice to see all items in stock at the same time!

Really bad. Like very bad

Amazing customer service. Cheapest on the market!!!

Alot of consideration for customers.

The website is easy to use and move around. I had placed an order which was dispatched very fast and also i was notified along each step.

I had an issue with the delivery where the company had caused an issue. I contacted LoveTiki customer support which was very fast to get through to and spoke to Ryan who helped me along the process.

He instantly reordered my delivery via another delivery service which went smoothly and very fast as i needed the items by a certain date he made sure that they did arrive!

Will definitely be using their services again! Great customer service!!

Thankyou once again.

I ordered from here for the first time, good value for money and very quick delivery. I didn’t receive my invoice, but it wasn’t a problem, a quick email and it was sent to me straight away. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Great company to deal with, and great customer service. Sadly the first parcel arrived damaged, but I rang them and the offered refund immediately. I opted to have glasses resent instead. They arrived very quickly and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Brilliant fast and efficient service. And I LOVE these mugs! Sturdy and cheerful - perfect for that camping coffee...

Good value, brilliant delivery time.

Great product and great service; will definitely use again

THE CANDLE HAD BLACK ALL OVER IT !!!

NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE PACKAGING AS IT HAD ALL BLACK ON IT AS WELL !!!

I PUT THE CANDLE IN THE BIN...WASTE OF MONEY 💰

Purchased these tealights because they said they would burn for 8hrs. Not to sure if they do burn that long as they are purchased for a church. They definitely burn all the way down not like the cheeper ones. Great price and fast delivery. Would definitely buy again.

Candles just what I wanted. Haven’t used them yet but seem good quality and a good price

Really happy with service. A big domestic order for my daughter's wedding. There were a couple of items not available but kept well informed and refund processed at great speed. Thank you

Candles were all in good condition 2 boxes of 50 delivered quickly all round good experience

Absolutely amazing customer service and very fast delivery service thank you !

Great product. Excellent c/s

Arrived quickly and very well packed too. Perfect.

I had a few issues with my order but were rectified to a satisfactory degree. I ordered a selection of different glasses for next day delivery, but due to covid issues, they didn't arrive so I received a refund on that part. Some of the glasses were the wrong size, and one was smashed (I didn't notice a fragile sticker on the box, but they were heavily bubble wrapped so perhaps just unfortunate). I ordered 16 glasses in total.

Issues happen, and I judge a company in how they respond to such challenges. I'd happily shop again, trusting that if there is an issue, it will be resolved.

Great price, quick delivery!

Very good delivery time and item as described.
Will shop with them again.
