I booked and paid for seats with Love Theatre for a show on Tuesday August 18th when I had in fact intended to book for the following Tuesday August 25th. I only realised when I received the email confirming the purchase for the wrong date. I was mortified and feeling very stupid! The customer service I then received was absolutely first class. Despite it being a Saturday, the helpline was answered very promptly by a charming lady by the name of Lesley. She advised me that this sort of issue crops up regularly, and she soon put me at my ease. Within a couple of minutes, she had resolved the matter and reissued the tickets for the correct performance with better seats for the same price ! Many thanks Lesley

Firstly I booked tickets for Book of Mormon at a fantastic price.
