Exchanged my ticket thanks to Lesley in Customer Services
I could no longer make the date I had booked due to a poorly elderly mother I needed to look after, and I wanted so much to see the play I had booked, so I got in touch hoping to exchange the tickets for a new date. Lesley was fantastic; she made the change for me within hours of getting my request, and I am now looking forward to seeing the play in a month. This has meant a great deal to me, and Lesley was the key to getting it done promptly. Thank you so much Lesley for your kindness and efficiency, which made all the difference.
