My son was so happy with his unique 18th birthday card! Excellent quality, design and packaging!

Royal Mail have been struggling where we live, with staff shortages and absence due to Covid. Royal Mail changed the emailed delivery date to the day after, which was fine as my son was having a lie in! So, my only advice would be to allow an extra day or so in ordering?

Ordered a mug as an important gift. It arrived with a significant chip missing. Having been extremely well packaged (the only part I was impressed with) and no bits within, the item had clearly been posted out faulty.
Upon contacting the company, the attitude was incredibly blarzay. Although I was offered a replacement mug to be sent out, they didn’t grasp that it was a gift and was highly embarrassing to have been contacted and informed of the damaged item by the recipient.
I experienced sub-standard customer service, and based on that I would not recommend purchasing from this website. You’d expect the company to be equally as embarrassed, however it oddly seemed normal to them. Add on the fact that the item was clearly not checked pre posting, or if it was it was posted out anyway in a damaged state, I would highly recommend buyers look elsewhere.
I have found that you can order the exact same mugs from more commercial and larger companies, for cheaper, and with guarantees in place. Whilst I would prefer to support smaller companies, I also prefer quality, good service, goods in immaculate condition and a smooth transaction right through to the end.
I was issued a refund- as if it was some sort of a good will gesture.
Waste of time, waste of money, much embarrassment caused due to ‘love Kate’s’ extremely low standards. My opinion and advice…AVOID!

Despite us having issues with Royal Mail we got items in 72hrs and it was free postage. Well packed quality gifts! Effort clearly taken at every stage. Bought mix of stuff including sale items and I'm very pleased. Will be back!

Superb service from Just Kate's. I had to order my mum's Christmas card due to isolating with Covid. I just had a phone call from her to say that it is absolutely beautiful and the gift box it came in. Their cards definitely have that luxury handmade look to them. Thank you, I will definitely use you again in the future.

Fantastic customer service and quick delivery. The slippers I ordered are lovely and fluffy BUT the soles are so thin it is like there is nothing there. I like a thick sole so if I stand on a stone I can’t feel it. Very disappointing and I feel this should be in the description.

Really impressed with lovekate's cards. Used them for the first time for my mums birthday and they were brilliant. Lovely card and really impressive service. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.
