We reviewed the original listing and, based on the information provided, the collector understood the booking to be for the specific items listed in the description: wooden TV cabinet, side tables, chest of drawers and old TVs. No photos were added to the listing, so the collector was not able to assess that this was intended to be a full single-garage clearance.
The quote accepted was fair for the removal of the items described in the listing and the collector completed the job based on that information.
We completely understand how this would have felt frustrating if your expectation was for the whole garage to be emptied and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. LoveJunk is a marketplace, so collectors quote independently based on the details provided in each listing, but we are always happy to review situations like this and help where we can.
