Love Cuba Arvostelua

Brilliant service Thank-you

Always wanted to visit Cuba but had a few doubts but after speaking to Laura Thomas who has fantastic knowledge of the country having visited a few times got rid of my doubts and also sorted me out a fantastic package with no hard sell, great travel agent

Wonderful service from Tony setting up the holiday to the brilliant Janet who arranged all the details for us. I'm 84 getting over major surgery and our booking was complicated because the woeful BT changed our email system when installing our new phones losing nearly all my storage. Janet patiently and considerately overcame these problems as without her we would not have been able to go ahead. If every agency we dealt with had a Janet our lives would be a great deal easier.

Quick & efficient to book with Shyama
Have booked with Love Cuba before and we found the whole process great

We recently booked a tailor made tour/holiday and received excellent service from Shyama. We chopped and changed a couple of times and then needed to shift dates but Shyama was very helpful and informative and very responsive too. We go on our holiday in January and we are very much looking forward to it armed with very useful information from “I love Cuba”

The customer service with shyama was excellent she deserves a pay rise thank you shayma

I have been speaking to Alexandra via email as I wanted some quotes before I committed to the Cuba Tour.
She was brilliant, she responds to me in minutes, she tailored the final beach hotel to my liking. When I was ready to book, she gave me a call & went through all the essential information I need to know before my visit. 10/10 Thank you Alexandra you have been amazing & a credit to your company. Im really looking forward to my trip to Cuba now! Ashley

Sharma was great explaining it

Dealt with Charmaine who is knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to speak to. Nothing was too much trouble. Responded to emails in a timely manner and her recommendations are all really suitable.

Using the website was a breeze, quick contact from your wonderful staff member Alexandra who assisted me in my hotel choices & airport travel.

Laura was great in helping us tailor the holiday to quite specific needs and with useful local knowledge too. Would highly recommend getting Laura to help you with your holiday.

I had such a great experience booking the trip with Love Cuba. Shyama made everything super easy and stress-free. She helped us find the best options in our budget and even recommended a few spots I never would’ve thought to check out on my own.

Definitely recommend if you want to travel without the stress of planning it all by yourself.

Tony answered all my questions before I committed to the holiday, it put my mind at rest , Live Cuba didn’t bombarded us with phone calls or emails, sent us 2 good itineraries to choose from that suited us ,

Tony helped us to book our Cuban holiday for next year. Quick reply to my initial email, he talked me through the various quotes for my optional dates. I booked it at the end via phone which was easy and very informative. Thank you, Tony and Love Cuba for supporting us.

Laura explained everything and couldn’t of been more informative

Tony was extremely knowledgeable & knew a lot about Cuba, having been there many times.

The booking process was very easy. The staff were very friendly and helped me through the process, making suggestions as we went along.

Cuba has been on my wish list for a long time and this company offered an excellent and unique package at a very competitive price and took care of the Visa too which was a huge bonus. Highly recommended
