I ordered a new iPhone 11 case. It arrived ... it is not an iPhone 11 case. It doesn’t fit. It is clearly an iPhone 8 case but because it is not technically “faulty” I will apparently have to pay a fee to return in, which is about a third of what I paid for the case. I tried to contact customer service and received no reply. The returns form isn’t working. Shambles. I’ll be buying a more expensive case through a legitimate company going forward. Total waste of money.

1. Seems that all the Reviews were dated year 2014 and earlier. Where can I find more current reviews?
2. I opened an account with Love Cases in June 2017. A day later, I was horrified to receive an email welcoming me with my email address and password displayed for all to see. I emailed Support to protest and requested information on closing of the account immediately. I also changed my password and hope they have not published that either! Love Cases has not bothered to reply to date.
3. My order, placed on 12 Jun 2017 was for 2 Gariz Leather Half Cases - one for Olympus OMD EM5II and the other for Sony NEX 5N. They arrived quickly. But the half case for Olympus OMD EM5II could not fit my older model EM5. (I was not able to find a half case for it in the website) I ordered the EM5II because its website stated that it is COMPATIBLE to OMD EM5 (older model). I emailed Support on the misinformation and again did not get any response. The half case for Sony NEX 5N was replaced with NEX 5R case. However as its website stated NEX 5R case is compatible with NEX 5N I accepted it. Also it does fit the 5N though a little bit on the small side. I asked for the Olympus OMD EM5II replaced with one for EM5 if available or Sony A6300 if not. For the 3rd time NO REPLY.
4. I sent the Olympus case back to their Returns Department in Birmingham by registered airmail (I am not UK resident) at my expense and was advised it had been delivered on 21 Jun 2017. To date there is still NO RESPONSE from Love Cases. Seems that there is no customer service in Love Cases!

Wurde auch promt geliefert, jedoch in einem mormalen Umschlag.
Ergebnis: Das Case kam gequetscht an.
Nach Rücksprache habe ich das Case zurück geschickt. Geldgutschrift erfolgte erst, nachdem ich PayPal eingeschaltet habe.(Wochen später)
Die ausgelegten 14 EUR für den Rückversand habe ich trotz mehrmaliger Mahnung bis heute nicht zurück bekommen.

Placed an order on Friday afternoon for Saturday delivery & paid £8.50. Eventually had an email saying it had been dispatched on Monday evening at 7pm with a tracking number. Tracking number on Tuesday afternoon says goods needs to reach the depot before being able to get information. Item did arrive Wednesday & I also received an email apology for the delay in response and postage. Postage refunded & in all fairness there was a problem and they rectified it promptly. Item came well wrapped & the product is superb. So happy in the end after the initial hiccup.

Fantastic quality leather case for a new Sony compact camera. Great communications and a first class customer service made this a stand out purchase. Would have no hesitation in either recommending or using again.

Had difficulty finding anywhere that could deliver accessories for my Sony camera in a short time scale so thought I'd give this retailer a go - received items the day after I ordered, well packaged. Although one item was slightly faulty, I'm not taking off a star as the price/service was stellar.

Bought the camera case for my wife as a Christmas present. Was looking for something different to the normal camera cases as she's into vintage materials etc., so the design of the love cases one was spot on.
Can't fault the buying experience with love cases, excellent service from purchase to delivery.
The camera case is well made, is as described on the website and will definitely protect the new dslr camera that I've also bought her for Christmas.

This case for a Kindle Voyage is functional, with sleep/wake function, and very good value. I couldn't find what I wanted on Amazon but this is excellent.

Found just the sort of camera case I was looking for fairly quickly - great design and perfect for what I need it for. I also found a satchel, something I have been wanting for ages but hadn't been able to find. Unfortunately it was out of stock but I've pre-ordered and they said they'll send it as soon as it arrives (plus, no extra postage and packaging as I ordered it at the same time as my camera case).

Quick delivery, everything seems to be as expecting and very helpful. Would definitely use again.
