Hello,again! I’m reading all those negative reviews and can’t believe how people have no clue what their talking about! First, I will emphasize again that their customer service is excellent! They replaced my bag immediately. Second, the bag comes with a small piece of what the bag is made for. Do you really now how to prove if a bag is leather or not? Take that small piece and light it on with the lighter like I did—nothing happened, meaning that yes it’s leather. I have to be honest though that the strap in my opinion is not leather on the Claudette bag, but personally I took the strap out on all my bags cause this is my style. How can compare this bag with the cheap plastic ones of $13. Such a shame! As per the China, hello?, where do you live. Even designer have their products Made in China! What do you except Made in Italy! Go and but the Bottega real one at $4,000 and enjoy it for a year cause it’t just a trend! Spend your money wisely and if you money for a real Bottega you better spend those money in timeless piece. Have 4 Claudettes in all the colour! Oh, I love them! My new crush is Keira now... Spread positivity or be realistic or but the $13 one and you will happier:(! Have 8 bags from Lookslikesummer! 6 months nth has happened to them. Big bloggers love it and link it as a Bottega_not that I agree with that! Enough! Love their bags! That’s it!❤️

I wanted the chic Claudette crossbody and it’s exactly what I got. I got it on sale and used a promo code, so I think I did exceptionally well for myself. I’ve gotten nothing but compliments on it and I really want the larger size. I had an issue with the order because their website was overwhelmed with high sale volume and they responded to me quickly, making me able to get my issue resolved. Thank you

I’ve purchased 7 or 8 handbags from them and I’ve NEVER had a problem! The quality, style, price and customer service has been great! I know so many other people that have purchased their handbags just because they fell in love with mine and no one has ever been disappointed!!

I bought the Claudette Crossbody bag and it was exactly what I wanted. Super soft and chic design, had lots of compliments on it. Would buy from LLS again. Easy checkout and fast shipping, too.

The bag is so so so overpriced. I found exactly the same one on aliexpress for $13 including shipping. Most important thing is, it’s definitely not genuine leather as it was advertised, unless you count plastic as one kind. The strap is hideous. Don’t waste ur money here.

I paid 86USD for a crossbody bag for my mom and it was HORRIBLE. The site said genuine leather but it wasn’t even vegan leather! It was STRAIGHT UP PLASTIC. Not worth your money, can’t even close the bag.
Worth at most 20 USD. The earrings cost 23 USD and they’re so light and feel like they cost 2 USD. Do NOT buy from this shop if you value your money or like the person you’re giving a gift to

Okay, I got the Claudette leather cross body bag during Black Friday deal prices for $86 with a free pair of acrylic earrings and head band “turband.” First off, this is NOT real leather which should be obvious from the price point but they describe it as “genuine leather” on the website which is super misleading because real leather does not smell like plastic/glue; trust me, I own enough leather bags to know. So my guess is this is definitely imitation. Now, I’m not going to return it cause I wanted to jump on the pouch bag trend for cheap and in the black color it doesn’t look half bad and I’m sure the smell will off gas in a few days. With all that said, I do NOT recommend you waste your money here and definitely do NOT pay full price for this fake stuff if you’re going to buy it anyway. Definitely get a coupon code or just go find your thing somewhere else.
It is my personal opinion that the 5 star reviews here are either fake or very very very lost souls.

I am reading the other reviews about this site and I am really surprised they are so negative. I bought a bag from this website and it is amazing quality. I actually couldn’t believe how good it was for price! Email updates throughout the process and delivery driver even called me when I wasn’t home to let me know where he left it. I’m going to buy another style. So good

They mentioned that the leather is genuine , while its clearly not . They jack up the price , then advertise that they have sales that are to the normal costumer cannot be missed. The package actually came from china ,while they claim that they are Portuguese. The return policy is also unfair.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. (Extremely deceitful)

If I can give a 1-star review, I would. have to say was the worst experience shopping with this brand. I lost $200 on my end.

I saw this brand online, and all the bags look fine.

I purchased six bags for more around 600 dollars; they arrived with harmful quality leather metals looked very cheap- they looked and felt so different from the website, I decided to return- now the real nightmare start.

I was asked to spend my own money to return, $99, and they deduct another round of shipping fee - over $140!!!!!!!

I will fill a ticket with Paypal and fight with them to get my money back.

Terrible customer service. Terrible return policy. Good luck trying to return anything- you have to pay for overseas shipping. Quality of product is also poor, and they speak down to customers:
Actual message received from them: "Dear Alisha, Our return policy was visible when you made the purchase. I am sorry you have to pay for the return shipment because you couldn’t read the size of the bag you ordered. If you prefer you can ship the bag back to China instead of Portugal. Also for your knowledge “Apartado” means P.O. Box in Portuguese and not apartment. Thank you for spamming our social network, you will now be blocked because of that. Thanks, we learn a lot from people like you, have a great day!"
I was trying to return a bag of which I misjudged the size. No matter what your return policy, you should never be allowed to speak to customers this way.
