Avoid Lookmeds – Unethical Practices
I had a terrible experience with Look Meds and strongly advise others to stay away. I requested to cancel my service, yet they refused to honor my request and continued to charge me without my consent. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they ignored my cancellation request and refused to refund the unauthorized charges.
This is not just poor customer service — it’s dishonest and unethical. A company that disregards customer requests and takes money without permission is not one I can trust or recommend.
If you’re considering Look Meds, be extremely cautious. Their refusal to cancel services and unauthorized billing practices are completely unacceptable. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere to avoid the stress and frustration I experienced.
