Fabulous customer experience and service. David made my daughter feel very special when she picked up her A1 -the big reveal was great. We would definitely recommend buying a car from Lookers.

Excellent service apart from taking too long.

I am glad the car lights are now working but I find it strange that the problem could have been resolved by following 3 simple steps over the phone . Seems like a waste of time and money to me .

We are motability customers and had a bad time at the Crawley branch (nothing to do with this branch) trying to place out order and our next nearest VW centre was Guildford. So qué a grumpy me trying to make an order at the Guildford branch.
My gosh what a difference! This branch really looked after us, dealt with me being a grumpy moo and I left smiling and laughing. They made the process so easy and kept us updated along the way. Collection was so smooth and easy and Malcolm understood that I didn't want a faffy handover I wanted a speedy run through and to go, his manager was phenomenal too and was who we placed the order with and Paul was brilliant after a disastrous morning on pick up day meant that the previous motability vehicle broke down in the morning. They were so supportive and accommodating to us having to come late due to waiting to the RAC.

Car booked in for routine service on a stay and wait basis. Kept informed throughout the process and all work carried out to a high standard and finished within informed timescales

Had originally booked service for Wednesday 15 July, agreeing to leave car at Mallusk on the evening of Tuesday 14. At no time was informed Mallusk was closed that day, so had to re-book for Wednesday 22 July. This caused disruption to my working hours and also financially in long run

Service was completed successfully but the disruption and delay was poor

Sarah was very professional and very helpful.
She kept me informed throughout the day, had the my car ready for me to collect without a lengthy delay.
