If I could give them a zero, I would. They do not deal fairly. They let my website go dark, then blamed it in a cyber attack - but only after I brought it to their attention - and refused to refund me the $650 hosting fee.

Everything was pretty good at the beginning a year ago. Very basic website was produced and I signed off on it due to time. Acceptable. Fast forward 1year and my site goes down. I was busy and would handle it later. Later comes by way of phone call from them stating I owed them $1000.00+/-. Phone tag continues for a few more days, maybe a week and finally we get on the phone together and I went looking for proof. I found it and sent it to them. I had to prove that I paid them, ridiculous. thinking we are moving forward and we are done, I am told it will take a couple of days for the billing team to research to make sure I do not owe and have in fact paid. 3 -4 days later, I speak with billing since my contact is ghosting me. I am told we are fine. I receive an email stating the page will be back online in 48hrs. This was Fri at 3p cst and they close at 8p. Tues I call, I am told it will be back on by tonight. Wed I call, I am told it will take and additional 48hrs to go live to the public. I have been spending hours trying to cancel my service since they have not honored my hosting or timelines. As of writing I was promised a refund but have yet to receive that in writing. I honestly do not think they will refund me voluntarily due the games they have been playing on the phone.

Ruben was an excellent communicator and always had any issues resolved in a reasonable amount of time. My bundling and subscription options are now available on my website.

I absolutely LOVE ❤️ working with Patrick, as he has been so Patient while waiting for me to get through my illness of Chemo Treatments, which I realize now that he has been extremely Therapeutic for my Healing process ...... he encouraged me to push through and not give up on completing the process of getting so much in order for the business of Bill's Main Squeeze ! Working with him, also allowed me to focus on my business, which was a Good distraction away from my previous illness!

The process was long and still ongoing as we have had Logos made and Revisions along the way, Brand Guidelines, including, Business Cards, other branding items, Trailer Magnets for advertising, Trailer stickers, QRCode and Animated Advertising Video.
