The only thing positive would be the logo I made. Otherwise, the business email doesn't work and is absolutely a huge pain in the behind for starting up our company. We printed business cards elsewhere with the business email that doesn't work so not only did we pay for an email that doesn't work, now we have to replace all of our business cards. Who knows how many people have tried to contact us and it said that the email wasn't valid. Also, they don't tell you this but you will be charged a storage fee for using them which is separate from the subscription price. Total scam

Ich hatte mich auf der Website wegen eines Logos angemeldet. Das war ein Fehler. Die Abbuchung über VISA war das Einfallstor für betrügerische Abbuchungen am 6.9.am 20.9.und 23.10.24
Inzwischen hatte ich diese betrügerischen Abbuchungen alle der Bank gemeldet und die Karte sperren lassen. Ich werde mich nie wieder bei dieser Website wieder anmelden. HÄNDE WEG!

Unprofessionell und nicht zuverlässig in der Lieferung. Bestellt am 05.10.2024 Lieferung in 3 Teilmengen und nicht fristgerecht.
Lieferung zwischen 14.10. ( der ist heute und die Ware ist noch nicht aus Riga ! ( Lettland ) versendet ) und dem 21.10.2024.

Keine Rückmeldung und keine direkte Kontaktmöglichkeit. Ebenso ist das Impressum nicht ersichtlich.

Wenn Zeitdruck oder Termine dahinter stehen ist es absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Twice failed to deliver, offered two levels of discount on future orders, could not say why they could not deliver!! A complete waste of time (over 2 months) and best avoided. I doubt if they are based in UK. Used to be good in the old days, certainly not now. They should be reported.

Finger Weg von Logomaker , Erfahrungen ziehmlich miserabel, absolut Kein Kundenservice, 1 x am Tag bekommt man Standart Mail , die keinen Weiterhelfen.

Toujours en attente de mes cartes de visites avec un message en production depuis le début. Assez déçu du délai de production ainsi que du suivi de la commande. J'attends toujours

Je besteld een logo plus visitekaartjes daarbij heb je 1 maand gratis handtekening email, deze nooit gebruikt. Wat niet oke is dat deze "gratis" handtekening vast zit aan een abonnement wat niet aangegeven wordt. Er wordt maandelijks een bedrag afgeschreven. Als je mailt je dit niet wilt, schrijven ze het de volgende maand weer af!

bestelling deels gekregen de rest nooit gehad. helaas contact gehad en blijkbaar na 15 dagen heb je nergens geen recht meer op dus. ze kunnen niks meer betekenen voor mijn geld weg!!

J’ai fais ma commande le 10fevrier 2024, et jusqu aujourd’hui, rien. 20 fev 2024 ! Sur mes commande , il est écrit que lorsqu il n y pas de traces d expédition de l article , nous ne devons pas paniqué , peut être erreur de panne sur l’ordinateur , ou surment que l’article a déjà été envoyé , et place soit chez le voisin soit dans la terrasse ou cache autour de la maison 👀😂🤨 n’importe quoi .
Pire tu n a pas de donner pour les contacter!!!

The prepaid item has not been delivered after 6 months yet.
Despite repeated correspondence and promises the third item of my 3-item-order has not been received yet.
The 1st and 2nd was sent separately either.
(order ID 20240218 - the order has been made on 24th June 2023)
Very disappointing - next time I just drop my money directly into the garbage to save time and stress.

Screwed up my order. Never sent corrected magnet cards. Stop communication altogether. Obviously don't stand behind their product. Go somewhere else. You don't get what you pay for here. You have been warned beware!

I made a logo using their platform. Had a number of changes, and contacted them on about 6 or 7 separate occasions for a change here and there. Baby, Sunish, Mervin, and the whole group were very responsive to my needs, and I ended with a great finished product. Not sure why all the negative reviews, but they gave me great service. Highly recommend them.

I paid for a package that I couldn't access. Send many email to your customer service with no answer. Since I was short in time I had to pay again in other places. I demand my money back!!!!

Delivery time for a paid product is more than 6 weeks - not acceptable. All this after they have delivered half of my order, I contacted them, they realized half of the order got forgotten and despite my request for a fast delivery - my new business opening needed the ordered business cards urgently - they have arranged a 3 weeks long delivery. OMG how pathetic is that - and they call themselves "A Deluxe Company". Well it looks they cannot afford a fast delivery on a prepaid order even they made a huge mistake and simply forgot half of the order... There are many other options on the market to create logos, I will definitely choose other provider. How disappointing :(
