Logic Vending Arvostelua

Fantastic service from Steve, he recommended various options for our needs. Once the decision was made he was super responsive in terms of ordering the machines and arranging the engineer to come to site. The engineer that came to site was brilliant, super patient with the team and great at explaining the workings of the machines.

From beginning to end the service was fantastic, really helpful, and the machine is amazing.

Managed to get our machine in very short time , all while I was half way around the world in Australia. Well done Steve . Also a fantastic deal with the 3 year finance.
Thank you Logic Vending.

Gino was great, machine delivered very quick too.
Great machine great customer service
Thank you

Awesome service from Gino and Steve the engineer. He came in during a busy service. Worked around the kitchen staff perfectly and trained me on the machine while I kept having to nip off. Patience of a Saint and showed me how to make delicious coffee and look after the machine. Definitley recommend!

Logic Vending arranged for Jura to install two machines at our offices and everything was beautifully communicated and super smooth and professional. They followed up with a full list of products we might require and have been incredibly helpful since then. I highly recommend this firm and we have been delighted with their service.

Excellent service! Steve was really helpful and quick to respond to queries while we were deciding on a suitable coffee machine for our office. Our chosen machine was then installed very quickly we received helpful training on use and maintenance. Very happy with the service.

Great service provided from start to finish with Gino in sales and Tom in installation. We are very happy with the machine too as it's very easy to use and clean.

Gino is the man. he will treat you right. I am happy with my new machine (JX8 ) and I will be coming back from more.

It's been a pleasure dealing with Logic Vending. They've been patient, supportive, always polite and very prompt with the replies to all of our inquiries. Special thanks to Gino Hagert - Sales Executive, he's been brilliant and always helpful!

Gino Hagert was absolutely wonderful. We wound up buying two machines and are completely happy with both the selection and the service.

Seemless sales and ongoing process and a great machine, thank you!

Very happy with Logic Vending and the new Jura JX8 machine and combi fridge, have just enjoyed my first coffee sitting in the building reception. The machine and custom cabinet look very smart, just what we wanted.

Mitchell has been great to liaise with from initially enquiring through to arranging delivery and installation. We would highly recommend Logic Vending if you're looking for great customer service

Easy to deal with and professional.

I dealt with Gino & he was efficient and easy to communicate with and understood our needs.

Would recommend highly.

Purchased a coffee machine in order to deliver a qualification. GIno was very helpful in guiding me through what was available to meet our exact requirements, everything was delivered on time and an engineer came to set the machine up and give guidance. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful. The only small issue was that the accompanying grinder came with a European plug!

Gino, is extremely professional and helpful. Highly recommended. Leon TotCity
