I am very happy with the Logical Beauty website and ordering process but disappointed with the delivery time.

I have read the below reviews and am surprised. I have never had a problem with not receiving the goods, although delivery is very slow, on average 2 weeks despite receiving the dispatch email the day after order.

Never received product, either lied or ignored emails and phone calls, had to open a Paypal dispute to get the refund. Bad experience.

I ordered last year from this company I did have to chase my order but got it eventually after 10 days.

This year I ordered again in September I waited a week no product I have tried calling all hours no one ever answers?
I have received emails firstly saying order delayed then sent and delivered.NO!

I am now £41 down and still no product over three weeks later, I contacted my credit card company I have to wait 30 days before they
contact the company direct.

I went through Facebook this morning and messaged this company they maintained my order had been delivered in September!
The conversation went on for at least 30 mins.
They then came back and said they were mistaken it was being delivered today!
It has just been delivered 20days from order with no recompense for bad service.

Use this company at your peril!

Have ordered with this company previously and not had an issue. However with my most recent order, I received an email confirming the item had been despatched but 10 days later I hadn’t had the item delivered. Emailed them and reply said item would be delivered 48 hours later and in fairness it was. Having read other reviews and the fact I had to chase my order means I’m unlikely to order again from them, even if they are cheaper!

Absolutely shocking service from this company selling items that are not in stock, had to get PayPal involved. Don’t reply back to emails phone number is a waste of time. AVOID at all costs and pay a bit more from a reputable company

Same as others. Placed an order, was told it was despatched next working day but had still not arrived a week later. Unable to raise any response I opened a Paypal case and finally got an email saying the order had been processed. A few days later I complained via Paypal again and finally received my item 2 days later. It was posted nearly 2 weeks after placing the order. I think these people are drop shippers who send misleading emails.

Appears slick when you order and payment taken. Their website said order completed 07.02.19. Hadn’t arrived 14th so emailed threatening PayPal dispute. Phoned and phoned and phoned, no answer. Arrived yesterday and this morning response to my email apologising for parcel being delayed in transit! Royal Mail tracking confirms parcel being prepared by sender on 13th so they lied. Not worth the trouble, don’t bother!!!!!

Goods ordered and not delivered. No reply from email or no answer on telephone. Mainly the same as other reviews on here. Issue now with credit card company. Review edited

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and I received an email saying it was despatched a week later. No parcel arrived so I sent an email. No response!
I've sent a chase email, no response yet!

What is the point of requesting a review if you can't be bothered to take notice and act upon the findings?!?! This company is very stupid if it doesn't buck it's ideas up.

Dismal experience. Ordered item for gift and money taken from account. Received copy of invoice via email and then nothing. Item was going to be overdue for a present. Rang numerous times at all times of day and no response.Sent emails with high alert on it and no response. Very concerned to then read that the parent company Slapiton had some similar reviews. Now concerned that maybe the company no longer exists? All a company has to do is to keep you informed of the progress of an order so that a decision can be made, if item is to be delayed, as to whether or not to cancel the order. Gift date now over so would like a refund.

I ordered items from logical beauty at the beginning of August 2016, with plenty of notice to ensure they were delivered by 21st August when I went away. It was apparently delivered in 22nd August by Royal Mail but not signed for - i was the other side of the world at this time, having left the day before. No neighbours took the parcel, and nothing had been left outside, and no note advising of where delivery had been was received on our return.
This was the start of a long dispute with logical-beauty - they failed to acknowledge the missing parcel and me being out of pocket with no item, and stated they would take it up with Royal Mail for investigation. They then failed to respond to any emails I sent asking for an update. I was only in January 2017 when I threatened legal action and trading standards that they finally responded. Again they said that the issue was with Royal Mail, they refused to refund me and stated they could not do anything. They insist I took delivery of the parcel, even though I was the other side of the world!!!
I've now taken this up as a dispute with my credit card company.
Their customer service is horrendous!!! They will avoid contact with you at all costs. They don't even have a phone number so everything has to be done by email. They are happy to take your money but won't help at all if you have a problem.
Stay well clear of this company!!! Almost 6 months on and I am still fighting to get my money back for an item I never received!

I ordered 3 things from this company and after a week they had not arrived. I called the number on the website and there was no reply. I emailed and they did not respond. Three days later I emailed again and once more received no reply. Eventually, after 3 weeks, I finally received my goods. They were in a huge envelope and as a result the boxes were all crushed. I will not be using this company again. I normally use Beauty Flash, who are a few pounds more expensive, but much more reliable.

What a great service! I made a last minute order for my 250ml Special Cleansing Gel on Tuesday and was praying it arrived in time for my trip this Saturday. I needn't have worried, it arrived the following day by recorded delivery, well packaged and some great samples included too. The transaction, was quick, easy and super fast, exactly what I needed.
With competitive prices on Dermalogica products too, I'll definitely be re-ordering. Thanks again!
