Lock Stock and Barrel Furniture Ltd Arvostelua

Excellent! The guys at Lock Stock and Barrel Furniture were amazing! We bought a mattress from them back in 2012, the Bamboo Gemini...in the years since they had stopped making it but to our delight, my husband and I were told they had enough supplies left over and made us a new one which is utterly fantastic customer service! The finished product was better than we remembered, they made it for us in late December and they were able to get it out to us before Christmas Day!!! It is very orthopedic and is perfect for our needs, 100000% quality, 1000000% customers service, thank you guys we really appreciate what you did for us!

Very polite & efficient & cleared up all packaging etc.

Beautifully made, proper craftsmen. Absolutely delighted with my mahogany coffee table with two drawers
Thank you.

Bed was super quality. The assembly was done very professionally. Great service.

Your furniture is truly craftsmanship.I ordered a hi fi cabinet from you in mahogany and I can honestly say I was over the moon with it.If I am looking for furniture in the future I will certainly look at your products first.Well done .

Bought a mahogany bureau. A nice piece of furniture and good value especially given that LS&B worked with me to make adjustments and try to match the stain as close as possible to my existing furniture. It was a little delayed but it was well worth the wait.

Prompt service, kept me updated
Excellent quality

Communication was good and we are very pleased with the product

Beautiful beds of high quality. Recommend!

The staff were very helpful and I felt confident that everything would be dealt with perfectly.

I recently purchased this beautiful French-style cabinet, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my decision! From the moment it arrived, I was impressed by its exquisite craftsmanship and timeless elegance. The intricate detailing on the woodwork and the graceful curves give it a truly refined, antique charm. The finish is flawless, with a rich, smooth texture that enhances its classic appeal. It's not only a stunning focal point in my home but also provides plenty of storage space. This cabinet effortlessly blends traditional French elegance with modern functionality. Highly recommended for anyone looking to add a touch of sophistication to their home!I’m

Excellent quality, great communication and delivery person was so helpful and pleasant getting it up our narrow and awkward staircase!

very nice people, good prices, efficient delivery - thankyou

GOOD QUALITY FURNITURE. VERY EFFICENT DELIVERY. VERY SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING

I ordered a french carved bed and a blanket box from them. I have got to say i have never seen a bed so beautiful it really is a showstopper! The process from ordering to receiving the product took a few months but that is understandable as it was hand made. The customer service was good which they kept me informed from start to finish.

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. I needed a slightly bespoke piece of furniture- they were able to fulfil the need, kept me up to date with progress, were friendly and helpful throughout & the piece is beautiful- it was a gift and the recipient was thrilled! Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I bought a wardrobe, but one of the doors was warped, it wasn't easy to assemble, disassemble and 'repack' but it was collected and a replacement delivered, which is unfortunately was not in good condition...
No issue arranging the return and refund, Amy was polite, understanding and dealt with matters promptly, just a shame that I was 0 for 2.

For two weeks I have been looking to buy a Valet Stand for my husband's 50th birthday. I have been told by another company that this item will take 18 weeks to deliver. (I don't understand why it should take this long.) I then found LSB via eBay and spoke to Amy who said she will try and get the delivery sorted. (This was late Saturday afternoon) On Monday I spoke to Suzanne who said they managed to arrange delivery for Wednesday. Thanks to Amy, Suzanne and the EDG Logistics team, the item was delivered at 18:00 on Wednesday as promised. And this before the bank holiday weekend. Thank you for the fantastic customer service, which in my opinion you don't find in the UK that often anymore. My husband loves the gift and will make good use of it. Keep up the great work LSB.

Never use this company. They use a third party to drop off and collect items, and it is down to them as to when you get your goods. The item I purchased was nothing like the photos, so I wanted it refunded. 1 month later with nothing but lies and inconvieniences from Suzanne, I am still waiting for a collection and my moneyback. Suzanne has absolutely no idea of customer service.
