I still don't have what I asked for!! I asked specifically for the range of selling commission rates amongst local realtors and all I've got is phone calls from Agents wanting to list my property!

Had a very poor experience trying to sell the property with very little effort. We then rented the property and was locked into a very unfair contract and unreasonable maintenance requests. I would not recommend renting or selling through ray white

I was told I would get some information about the agents but still haven't had any. One agent already rang me and I haven't look at his profile.

It was only an enquiry as to when I am ready to sell but within an hour I was bombarded with calls from real estate agents!!!!

They advertise that they allow you to compare agents (reviews, commissions,etc..) and let you choose which agents you want to contact you.
This is total Bull.
When I was using it, I had to click on each agent to see the details and as I was doing this I started getting calls from the agents as if you look at an agent LAF sends them your details with out you selecting who you want to contact you.
To me this is a scam, total greed, they want as many fees from agents as they can get (pay per contact provided) even if the seller does want a agent to call they still send out your details.
I used LAF back in march and I'm still getting agents calling even after removing my listing off LAF.

Asked for a report instead I have agents calling. The agents presented don’t seem to be top selling agents in the area. Some haven’t even sold a property in the area. Feel this is a total waste of time

Good experience (being regional didn't have many agents)
