I recently needed to renew my house insurance and used Lloyd&Whyte again as they always get me an excellent well priced new policy.

I dealt with a very nice member of staff called Georgia East. She was very knowledgeable and guided me through the process. Georgina went out of her way to make some changes for me and made everything so easy, thanks.

The first renewal of our Holiday Home Insurance with Boshers was so easy and trouble-free compared with our experiences with our previous provider. Claire Beal was 'efficiency-herself' this morning in accepting our payment over the telephone.

I was lucky to be a VIP Client of Reeds Insurance before the Lloyd & Whyte takeover and always had a one point contact who was most helpful. We got on so well that she organised using our house for Reeds Advertising .

Scott's researched my issue and responded promptly and raised a couple of issues in respect of increasing my insurance cover- good reasoning all round . We recently renewed our son’s home contents insurance through Lloyd & Whyte. We enjoyed excellent service from Destiny Pine-Brown, who rang me in advance of the renewal date, to check if the level of cover required, or any details, had changed since last year. We then received the renewal invitation, together with all the information we required, in good time. As a result, the process was simple and straightforward.

Great service sourcing some locum insurance - an alternative policy with very similar conditions was found at a much lower premium. Very happy. I would have given 5 stars but I found communication difficult with no-one answering phone calls or replying efficiently to emails.
